I have been at this place at least 3 times and unfortunately it took me that long to realize that they're a fraud. Guy made buy something I didn't even wanted just, tried to make buy a over priced vape and on top of that when I was about to pay I pulled out my debit card but surprise the CARD READER DOES NOT WORK and that has happened all 3 times I visited the shop instead he makes use his ATM to pull out cash and get extra charged. I went here to buy just a drip tip for my tank because the head of the one that came with my tank broke. I decided to buy the tip here and I wasn't looking for anything too fancy. The one he sold me was a flat $5 and he claimed it was a durable and high quality one. I think otherwise. Strike 1 - Flash forward two weeks later, I already see small nicks on my drip tip as if I chewed on it when I didn't. I did not experience this with the drip tip that broke on me and I already had it for a month. I know it's just $5 but for one piece of something so small that goes on a tank with 510 fitment, it seems a bit too much for something that I'm sure is REALLY cheap to manufacture. I feel like other reviewers here who got price gouged. Strike 2 - I don't mean to sound ungrateful but the guy was nice enough to take off the remains of my old trip tip using some pliers but in the process he scratched my tank. I'm pretty sure I would have been able to do it myself and take it off with a flat screwdriver carefully without scraping anything. Now it has a nick to it and it's a bit of an eye sore. Strike 3- I'm not coming back, especially after learning about these reviews. I'm just another victim. There are plenty of shops out there where you can find better deals like what many reviewers have said. read more

Avoid this place. They are very over priced and, more important, don't value their customers. You can find much better deals on devices, coils and juice online with businesses that value their customers. I've been buying coils from this place for about a year now. When I originally reached out to them they didn't have what I needed but Sam, who has been very helpful, said he would have them for me in a few days and would continue to carry them. I've been exclusively buying my coils here for about a year. They charge $19.99 for a pack of 5 coils. Today I called ahead and spoke to Simon, who told me they had the coils in stock. I asked him to hold a pack of 5 for me. He agreed. When I arrived Simon told me they only had 2 coils left and tried to charge $5.99 per coil. I pointed out that, since they didn't have what I needed after telling me they had the product in stock, they should only be charging me $3.99, the price per coil if I was to buy a pack of 5. I shouldn't have to pay 50% more because they didn't have it in stock. Simon proceeded to tell me that that was their cost and he couldn't lower the price, which is obviously not true if they are selling packs of 5 for $19.99 and taking individual coils out of these packs of 5. He then told me that he was "DOING ME A FAVOR"! This really set me off. DOING ME A FAVOR? I've been patronizing their business for over a year. I have sent friends to their business. I drive 15 minutes to get to their business, and they are doing ME a favor? Ridiculous!!! Needless to say, I left without purchasing the coils. The good news is that I found a website that sells the same coils for half the price, for a pack of 5. Don't do business with these crooks! Go to Element Vape, Vapor Beast, Liquid Barn, or E Juice Vapor. They'll treat you right. read more

Seems like all things are more expensive here. Same box of al-fakher hookah flavor that's for 17 elsewhere was for 20 here. Same hookah that's for 69 elsewhere is 99 here. The two main guys that work there oversold me a non-name brand glass piece for the price of a name brand. He lied saying it was $9.99, when you pay with card the price doesn't show up until you get a receipt and when I confronted them about me paying $45+ dollars for an at-most $15 glass piece, they said they don't take refunds and then tried to offer me a free bowl piece like it wasn't the generic pieces that come with any glass set and proceeded to glorify like it was the best thing out. Definitely money hungry and doesn't even care about customers then had the audacity to smile in my face like everything was good. Super Vape is the closest vape shop to my house, and I'm glad too. The owners are really cool, and they're super friendly. You won't get the cold shoulder or the silent treatment from them, and they'll make sure to get you what you need. Parking is no problem here since they have their own little lot. So onto the actual stuff. They have a pretty extensive selection of juices here, and my favorite is the Van Gogh (strawberry creme brûlée). It costs $13 for a bottle, and I would highly recommend it if you're into sweeter dessert flavors like unicorn's milk. Anyways, Super Vape has everything you're going to need if you're new to vaping or much more experienced. They're definitely willing to negotiate a bit if you buy a kit or spend a lot of money here. The store also has an entire side dedicated to hookahs, but I've never really checked it out since I'm not really in the market for one. Looks nice over there too though. TL;DR: I had a one star experience, but I don't think this is a one star shop. If you're looking for a large juice selection or a new mod, this shop would probably be great, albeit on the pricier side. Honestly, I'd probably give this shop a lower star rating but my impression was that it's a family owned and run spot & I found the man working there to be very kind, attentive, conscientious & certainly, above all, earnestly wanted to help me get what I'd been looking for. That being said.. I went in looking for the replacement glass for my falcon tank. I'd called a few days prior and was told that they have it in their store--many in the area don't. When i went in, I didn't see what I was looking for so I asked the man working, who said they had the Smok brand glass, not what I was looking for, but he tried it on a falcon tank from his display. He said it fit, so I bought it--for $10, more than what I've paid at a different LA shop for the correct replacement glass. When I got home, I tried to put the glass onto my tank and it's substantially larger in circumference, something that should have been extremely apparent when the man tried it in store. There's no way I could have filled my tank without it spilling all over my mod and anything else nearby. Needless to say, I'm bummed about wasting $10 on replacement glass I can't use. Other impressions of the shop: The pricing was on the higher side of average but there's an expansive selection of mods, tanks, kits and juices--probably more devices than most shops in the area. read more

Then came back 2 weeks later another guy charged 30. Went to different vape shop and they only charged me 19.95 for exactly same vape. Yes they are very polite and friendly but I won't be going back.
