After nicely communicating with owner for over 3 wks letting him know I never received the refund he told me he "didn't know what to tell me" because the refund had been deducted from his account but was not interested in showing proof of that deduction. His last text stated he would no longer be responding . This company stole $180 from me & took advantage of an 84 year old man who had just lost his wife of 61 years.
