I use this car wash mostly for the free vacuums. The washes always leave streaks of grease on my white car. It's hard to remove, I'm not sure if it's from the rollers but it's every time. I also feel they pitch their monthly washes too much, it's annoying. -_- read more

I paid extra for the carpet and seat shampoo at Prime Car Wash. The carpets looked good, but the rest of the service was disappointing. The seats were only partially cleaned, there were still stains left, especially on the sides and bottom where food had spilled, and in those spots it looked like they weren't touched at all. They also skipped cleaning the cup holders in the doors and the phone holder in the front. When I pointed it out, the staff member wiped only one cup holder, said the rest had already been done just not done well, and then walked away. That felt careless, especially since I had mentioned all of them. I really do appreciate the work they put in - I waited almost 4 hours even though I was told it would take about 30 minutes per service, but for the amount of time and money I spent, I expected much more attention to detail. I just canceled my membership. Went through the wash and passenger side sprayers didn't wash soap off. Then once outside, team member took a whole 20 seconds to dry off my crew cab truck. Leaving soap suds streaks all over my "Black" truck. The service has went down hill since originally opening. Back to long lines at Crew. The three stars is generous. I just got the basic interior $22 clean, they did what I needed. It was quick, but they missed a huge spot to vacuum that I didn't realize until after I left. All the reviews have commented on the attitude of the staff, and these have been proven correct. Everyone there either hates their job, or themselves, or both. I would go back in a pinch. On a friend's recommendation, about six months ago I gave Prime a try. Initially I was very satisfied with the price, the quality of wash my vehicle received and the final towel dry they provided. But I've noticed in the past several months their quality of service has diminished. While their staff always seems courteous enough, wash thoroughness and equipment failures now seem to be a ongoing problem. I could cite a half dozen or more examples, but it would serve no useful purpose. Let it suffice to say I'm done with Prime and going back to Crew. Sure, it's a bit more expensive, but they never fail to provide my vehicle with a thorough wash. Moreover, there's never any unexpected surprises. read more

Went today, didn't spray the bugs off the front off .. one kid spent two minutes wiping the side mirror for 2 minutes.. the other kid barely wiped anything... never wiped the windows off.. said it was good to go. I'm not really sure what's going on on here. It's never been great, but I think that it felt like you were getting a lil more with the hand dry option. They charge extra to shine up the wheels. The last few times, we paid for it at the front, but didn't get it at the end. On Saturday, we added the tire shine again, but expressed our concern. We were assured that we would get it. We also added some kind of wax or whatever, but I'm convinced that it doesn't exist. $12 car wash is now a $20 car wash. The gentleman working the pull in area of the automatic part always looks angry. I'm not sure I could stand there and wave cars in with a smile either, but maybe don't make eye contact then. Wear shades. Do your thing. He looks angry and he makes it feel personal. Exiting the car wash, we had three huge bug splatters remaining on the windshield. They go to dry off the truck. Well, one person does, the other kinda stands there. There is no wiping of the windshield or hood or 80% of the truck. Opened the door to tip and mentioned the bugs. We're told that they can't wipe that off because of a new company policy. The car wash whose schtick it is to hand dry your car has a new company policy that doesn't actually allow them to dry off your car. Also, guess what? No tire shine. I paid $22 for a $12 car wash. I'm not saying don't go here. It's fine if you consider it to just be a car wash. Pay the $12. Throw a buck to the person that walks near your car with a drying cloth. Every time I come here and say I want a basic wash I hear "you sure you just want the basic? It's only soap and water which won't really clean your car" then I say yes and it's another trash sales pitch on the interior wash and then the guy gets an attitude. You will NOT find good service here, BUT you can get the Use of their of the Free Vaccs to make you feel better. It's Free!! But inside?? They will treat you terrible, do a terrible job by anyone's standards and then laugh at you as you ask for a Refund. Your going to have to go through your bank BTW . This is just the Worst place. Crew has poor customer service so I canceled and pulled up to Prime. After going through the car wash and then pulling in so they could wipe it down the car is still dirty. Rims and all. The young people working there could care less about doing a good quality job. I won't be back. I'm a member and I'm disappointed with services from this location. The Carmel location has me spoiled I guess. I upgraded my service to elite and that was far from what I received. The top dashboard was dusty with fingerprints still on the display. One of the employees sprayed air freshner directly on my leather seats and door so there were spots every where. I really hoped this was a one off type of day. If I go back to that location then I will only get the outside done and i'll just go to my usual location to get the inside done correctly. read more

Not bad but not great for a full-service automatic car wash. I am not a member of any of Prime's monthly plans, and I really just wanted the exterior of my car cleaned, so I opted for the $12 basic wash and was pleased the cashier didn't try to up-sell me. If you have interest, they offer multiple cleaning services from the basic exterior wash to a full detail and waxing services, as well as a variety of monthly membership options. The line to enter the wash was fairly long (as it was a nice early spring day), but my wait was between 5-10 mins. so this was acceptable. Once I got to the entrance, there were two employees with sprayer hoses pre-treating cars. This was a bit confusing as both were attempting to signal me to enter/stop at the same time and I wasn't sure which one to follow? Anyway, I did make it into the wash tunnel without incident. One thing I did notice, the cloth brushes that go over the front and top of the car really hit hard...perhaps I'm just used to Mike's/Sparkling Image, but I could feel my car shake each time they made contact. They didn't damage anything on my vehicle, but I could see that if you had any loose or faulty equipment on your car that this could be a concern. Upon exiting, I was guided to an area where two men finished towel drying my car. They did a decent job and I gave them a small tip. I then proceeded to the vacuum area. If you elect not to have the full service interior cleaning, you have access to an "island" of self-serve vacuums for free. This is one perk I really liked about Prime. Overall, my black car was cleaner. It wasn't perfect, there were a few areas on the tailgate that appeared as though the brushes didn't touch them. Also, I didn't elect for the underbody wash (up-charge for this service), so I felt like my wheels didn't get very clean as a result. For the price, it was acceptable. Pro tip: download the Prime Car Wash app and receive a free elite wash ($39 value). However, I've never been so confused at a car wash. The first employee seemed befuddled about the barcode I showed her for my free wash (surely I can't be the only person who has ever redeemed that). She didn't give me a receipt or ticket, so I had no way to prove I had redeemed this offer, other than scrolling through the app to find the history in my account. The kid hand drying my car after the wash wasn't sure where I was supposed to go for the interior cleaning, so he sent me into one of the lanes in the garage. From there, two other kids were cleaning a car in front of me, so no one told me where to go, where to wait, if I turn off my car or leave it running...nothing. Finally I got out of my car (left it running) and went to the waiting area inside. Prime offers Starbucks coffee, but the machine was out of order when I visited. The inside waiting area and restrooms seem very clean, and there are also benches and a picnic table to wait outside. My car looks clean and shiny, but good lord, this process should not be so confusing. It doesn't help that the average employee age is roughly 17. Some better training or signage would be helpful to new customers. I am appreciative of the free wash and will return now that I'm familiar with the process. read more

I like everything about this car wash except the vacuum hoses. It's a big reason we buy a membership because we have children and need the vacuums often. Unfortunately, they are not kept up. You drive thru the wash then stop for the staff to dry the car off then drive into the bay and get out of the . You go inside while they clean the inside. The inside has coffee and other items you can purchase. Free Wfi and charging areas. Comfortable seating while you wait and a . They also have a little area for the kids. This was my first visit to Prime Car Wash in Avon and I decided at the last minute to give them a try. Now, I knew it was going to rain very, very soon but sometimes I just do things that's not necessarily logical. Still my car is cleaner than before the wash with a much cleaner interior. Prime has 5 levels of car washes from the basic exterior services called 180 Car Wash for $12, then a basic exterior 180 Car Wash plus Carnuba Wax for $17. The 360 Wash for $25 includes the basic exterior services plus vacuum, windows cleaned, dash and console wipes down then door jams cleaned. The 360 Full service ($30) includes all of the 360 Wash services plus Carnuba Wax. The last option is the $39 Elite full service package which I selected. This includes the 360 full service interior and exterior services as well as 4 floor mats cleaned, seats wiped or vacuumed and a fragrance of your choice. Above and beyond the options mentioned they also offer numerous interior and exterior detailing. The guy who sprayed down the exterior of my car prior to the car wash did a good job. After the car wash two people did a full hand dry of my car and it was streak free! They, however, were soaked since it was 90 plus degrees, full sun, high humidity, with no shade or canopy to work under. After drying we were informed which bay to drive into for the inside detailing. A paid receipt is provided when you pay prior to the car wash. After you exit the car you have to give your receipt to the individual behind the counter indoors. Their job is to upsell you to an unlimited package. After her schpiel she then hands you a paid receipt to get your car when their done. The waiting area is comfortable with car accessories and greeting cards to purchase. They were installing a coffee maker when we where there so one can only assume coffee will be available soon. When our car was finished we were ask to inspect prior to leaving. We both checked over the interior and exterior services we selected and found everything completed to our satisfaction. I do look forward to the All Interior Hard Surface cleaning that runs $45. It's a very detailed cleaning of all cracks and crevices. Overall, I was very pleased with my first experience and I'll be back for additional detailing. read more

2023-2024 I have a tall 8ft truck went there to get it washed through the drive through wash not only did they wash it but they sold me a membership that I used to get my truck washed through the drive through car wash for months. I went to get my truck washed one day after going through the car wash for months about 100x but they stopped me & told me my truck could no longer go into car wash! Why did you sell me a membership & why was I able to go through so many times before I was told no! On top of that I paid to get inside done I pointed out doors & seats they missed they handed me cleaner for me to do it my self. Yet I still had to pay. Why do I have to pay when I'm doing it my self. They should pay me for doing there job. Would not recommend! read more

We just went through the Avon location for an Elite service. (Left at 6:10 PM) Upon returning to our vehicle the attendant asked us to look the truck over to make sure it looked okay. The tires (not rims) still had noticeable dirt on the edges. The attendant stated "well I'm not sure my tire shine brush will even be able to get that out." He offered to send us back through the wash and said he will let the attendant at the wash know to power wash and give attention to the tires. We also noticed the consoles and door jams had dirt, crud, and dust still on them and some sections looking like they were touched. (See pictures in comments.) The attendant said for this he would meet us at the free vacs after we went back through the wash to vacuum it out real quick. Upon going back around to the wash, the attendant didn't wash the tires and turned on the belt to send us back through. We attempted to roll down the window to let him know to spray the tires. He made no attempt to listen to us and went back to his texting which was clearly top priority. We got out of the wash and told the drying guys what happened. They instructed us to go back through yet again. This time two other employees, possibly managers, were waiting for us and finally sprayed the tires. We got through to the end and one of the managers was as the end to help dry and apply the tire shine. We attempted to explain our dissatisfaction of the service and the employee who couldn't be bothered to stay off his cell phone to take care of our vehicle. He asked us to clarify "in what capacity" did we think the tires were still dirty. He then stated the pre-wash done by the employees "really serves no purpose" and the wash does it all. He also stated "I have over $100,000 worth of tire equipment in that wash so maybe they are malfunctioning." The manager did offer to send us back into a bay to redo the inside, but I refused out of frustration and because we had already been there longer than planned and had another destination we needed to go to. I understand Prime is not meant to be an extensive detail service for the express wash and detail, however better treatment from the employees and manager would be appreciated and at least genuine effort towards actually cleaning the vehicle would be great. As you can see in the photos below, it doesn't even looked like they touched these areas. And it is very unfortunate how the manager didn't want to hear our concerns. They were extremely slow today. We waited in the lobby with only two other vehicles. There were employees standing around with no cars to work on, so there was definitely not a rush to get us in and out. read more

We won't be returning. I was a 5 year membership holder but have noticed a significant decline in service. The vacuums almost never work as the hoses are disconnected from the machines. The last time I had an interior clean, they didn't even do the front passenger seat (shame on me for not checking before I left). But what finally made me say no more was our last experience. My husband went through to get the interior of his truck cleaned. The person at the box recommended he sign up for a membership as that would lead to better pricing for the services. Sounded great - but we didn't want a membership on that vehicle. The person said - I can cancel it right after the transaction. From here, it wasn't cancelled apparently - we were charged the membership fee a month later. We called and the person we spoke with said it was cancelled and we should see a refund. We saw no refund so followed up and spoke with a manager. He was quite confused by what he saw and shared our contact info with a sales person. We spoke with that person 1-2 days later and explained the situation. She said she had an authorization to charge and she'd have to get back with us about the refund. Another couple days pass and we follow up. The sales supervisor informed us that without proof of cancellation, they couldn't issue a refund. And although he told me it was cancelled, he couldn't tell me when - after 15 minutes (most of which I was on hold), he finally stated that it had just been cancelled when I talked to the sales person. That meant, the other people we had talked to before were incorrect apparently that the membership was already cancelled. So here I ask - was it worth the 49.98 they got to lose an annual customer of 5+ years (and said person leave a poor review)? Between this experience and the declining service, we won't be returning. Their customers apparently don't mean anything to them - but hey, they got my $50! read more

My husband insisted that I start coming here to get my car wash well my dear sweet husband failed to tell me that the car wash would be $39 dollars I love my car but I don't love it enough to pay $39 dollars how ever they did do a great job on cleaning the inside of my car I had 2 people working on it and I was there for almost 1 hr which is way to long there wasn't a lot of cars there so I didn't understand why it took so long . I thought I would give this place a shot. I paid to have the elite plus wash. Don't waste your money. I expect when I spend 69 to get inside, outside, floor mats cleaned, I should get over and above service. Especially, if I can pay for the same service elsewhere for half that and they do a MUCH better job! The first person who wiped down the car after the wash told me not to worry about the bugs (he read my mind!) because they would clean them up. Bull. So after about 20 minutes they called me to let me know the car was finished. Right off the bat you could see where those big flaps in the wash had left huge streaks on the trunk and bumper. And the interior had dirt right on the seat not touched. And the windshield was still bug splattered. When I told the young gentleman he said when they are busy, things get like that. I told him I spent 70 bucks and I expected so much more. He told me to go back through the wash. So I did. I told the kid manning the sprayer to wash the bugs off and wash the trunk as it was my second pass. So he did, not well. When I came out there were still bugs on the windshield and two kids came to attack it. They worked on a few until the one girl said, "This sh-ts not coming off ." and walked away.
