Most areas of my CR-V were cleaned well but the back of my vehicle had a small circular (about 1.5-2sq ft) area directly in the middle where it did not even get wet. I could still see the dry salt marks so I know it hasn't been touched. I have 1/4 mile drive home so I know that wasn't the problem. But I also was on the phone with customer service (Lynn) about 5 minutes before the wash started and all the way until the wash ended because of some technical issues and she was an amazing person to be helped by! She helped more than I would expect someone to help by resolving the initial issue and then she even gave me a discount on my next car wash for any trouble I had. I also mention that to say while I was pulling into the car wash it was hard to focus on pulling in "perfectly" because I knew a horde of customers behind me wanted to get their car washed and I was discussing the issues on the phone so instead of creeping into the garage I accidentally pulled in quickly and then I may have gone a bit too far. So all that to say the missed spot on the trunk could've been my fault. So I choose 5 stars for an above average car wash WITHOUT the rubber/hard fabric things smacking my vehicle and putting tons of micro scratches in the clear coat and a second to none customer service experience! The wash was so ineffective that a dead bug on the windshield when I went into the wash was still there when I left. Not baked on dead bug residue, but a recently departed bug , with wings and identifiable body parts. After the wash I ran my finger across a fender and left a clean streak in a layer of dirt. Hate to tell you Suds brothers, but a little bit of soapy water and LOW pressure spray doesn't clean a car. Seriously, it's not good.

I never got a call, so I stopped in to inquire about it. Turns out it was there after all, and they had me down for an 8 am appointment on 5/31. I was told it would take 60-90 minutes. Actually, it was more like 300 minutes. Dropped it off at 8 am, returned just before 10 am since two hours had passed and I hadn't gotten a call, finally got to drive it back home at 1 pm in the afternoon. 5 hours, and all because the entire building: the retail store, the propane station, the van, truck, and trailer rental, and the installation shop were all staffed by a single person. A single person. No offer to reschedule, no general manager running in to fill a labor shortfall, no realization that they don't have enough labor to meet the demands for the day and just deciding the best course is to close. Nothing. Just a conscious choice to waste my time, screw up my entire day's schedule, and provide not just me but everyone else that walked in with sub-par customer service.
