Horrible horrible cut on my daughter's hair. Seriously looks like a kid cut it with blunt school scissors. Asked for a deluxe cut with wash and style. Didn't get a wash. Didn't get styled/dried. The stylist actually told my daughter the style she REALLY wanted was too high maintenance so she cut a completely different short style. Stylist totally rushed the job. Will never come back. If they get more than 3 people waiting, or went to online reservations (disabled, tried three times) this place would be overwhelmed. Phone quiet. Unusual for this type of hair salon on the weekend. Reviews are all over the place between social media sites. Newer location in developing area of Cibolo. Franchisee, needs to work and staff this place if they want to grow. People don't want to wait 30 minutes with only 2 stylists and 3 plus on deck. There are options within a mile or two. Having visited this location a few times, it's a solid 4 stars. The wait time has never been more than a few minutes, if there's even a wait at all. For the area there are few other options unless you go to the Forum. My cuts aren't complicated, guard clippers on sides and scissors on top, so I've been happy with the cuts I've received here. Prices are standard for a chain, $15-ish. I would recommend this place for a men's cut based on speed, price and quality. read more

Took my grandma here for a quick cut nothing bad with the cut but the lady cutting seemed a bit overwhelmed with phones and cutting hair at the same time. Skye should at least take turns to answer phones and notice her partner is struggling and also treat her better because she gave her attitude in front of the customers waiting. read more

She is a very great person. If you want to sit in the chair and laugh for a while. This is the place I came in last week to get my haircut and again great service what I like about this place is they are not pushy for extra services and they're not trying to push a certain products on you that we all know how it goes barbershops but again I give this place a very high rating because of the manager should go out of her way to try to help you and that's what counts now it's not like going to barbershop like I've been before and every five minutes the person cutting your hair is picking up their cell phone and seeing if they had any messages, you will not see that there. I checked in/ made an appointment on line, part of their safe salon commitment during Covid so people aren't hanging around waiting in the shop. I got there a few minutes before my appointment time and waited another 20 minutes while she finished with the little boy, paid out, & swept. No problem. Then, she proceeded to take the group of three who had walked in with no appointment. I asked her what good my appointment was and her response was that they were walk ins. Really?? If people walk in and you have appointments scheduled you don't take the walk ins and bump your appointments back an hour! You tell your walk ins to make an appointment and come back. Walk in cut ~ great service and friendly staff. I showed Victoria a picture of what I wanted and she was able to provide outstanding service. I went first thing in the morning on a weekday so did not have to wait. The cut took about 30 minutes. She answered all my questions in a friendly manner and explained how to style/upkeep for daily maintenance. Although it was not the average cut I was overjoyed Victoria accepted the challenge and the cut is exactly what I wanted. read more

I loaded the app, as it says that with the app, you can get checked in while you drive......So I get "in line" and it says 30 minutes. When I get there, I arrive to see two barbers (both were really nice, and this isn't geared towards them) and EIGHT people waiting, all of which were in line ahead of me!! So either the app sucks, or there is a HUGE miscommunication on how long it takes to cut a persons hair. Unless we are doing haircuts Basic Training style, its really not possible. Place needs to either hire more barbers, which makes complete sense considering how busy it is on a Thursday at 4pm, or stop using the app. read more

I took my 8 yr old daughter here. She had long curly hair and had a tangle in it. Nothing big...just a tangle. The girl said to take her home and try to get it out and then come back. Seriously? This location has the friendliest most talented employees. I got a haircut from the singin stylist. She is so quick and professional. This salon is right by Walmart Cibolo. Wished I had read the reviews. Before my daughter and I came to this place... I walked in with hair 4 inches past my bra line. Asked for 3 inches off with layers. Instead my hair is choppy, uneven and 7 inches shorter than I had asked for! Looks like a five yr old cut my hair. If you don't know how to do the cut I asked for just say I can't do it. No hard feelings. I am beyond unhappy! My daughter is crying her eyes bc she already had shoulder length hair , wanting to grow it out. She asked for a trim. Her hair is uneven and choppy. Now she will have to get shorter hair to get it fixed. School starts in a few weeks. These girls don't know how to cut women's hair! Men's hair they do great. Not sure why they have the option to setup an appointment online for a specific time if you come in to the store and get skipped by walk in customers. For 80 minutes I patiently waited to be called until my patience ran out and nicely asked If they could cut my hair. They said I had been called, which I know is a lie because I have been sitting just a few feet away from their counter the entire time and never heard my name called. I went into Supercuts in Cibolo today on my only day off. There was nobody waiting and two stylists finishing up with two men's cuts. Because I wasn't greeted at all, I asked if there was a sign in sheet. One stylist rudely said she would be with me in a minute. She finished with the man's cut and went with him to the register for him to pay. They then began a 15 minute conversation about his bad trip to Disney World with me still there waiting. It became obvious that the conversation with this old man was more important than taking the next customer. I will never go back again! read more

I went for a simple straight cut haircut. I straightened my hair later that day and some pieces are longer than others. It doesn't look like a straight cut which is really frustrating. When my hair isn't straight you can't tell which is why I didn't notice at first. I wouldn't recommend going here for a haircut. Didn't even want to give it 1 star. I took my younger sister in there to get her hair trimmed. Terrible stylist, Yoni, was rude to my sister telling her that her hair was disgusting and gummy. She pulled her hair so hard she ripped some out then told my sister it was her fault because her hair was "falling out" NEVER EVER GO IN THERE!!!! I've never been so mad. On 22Jan2016 I took my son to supercuts to get his hair cut. I was told we would be next so after waiting 30 minutes for the hair stylist completed the customer ahead of us. Fine so far then she started to clean up, after waiting 15 minutes more for the slow clean-up, a women walks in goes to the counter talks for a few minutes sits down and is then called back in front of us with no explanation at all why we were skipped at this point an hour was long enough we walked out. read more

The only good thing I can say about this place is the woman who cut my hair was very friendly, but not very coherent when told what I wanted done. Ive had bad experiences before with supercuts, but I was referred to this one by a family member who had gotten a good cut at a good price. When I went in I had an angled bob with side bangs. I just needed a touch up. I told my stylist I wanted to keep the style of my hair just trim it up and clean up my bangs. Walking out my hair was all one length no angle or layers anymore. My bangs were just wrong she framed one side of my face while the other, where my side bangs rest, was cut one length just below my eye. I would not recommend this place. read more
