I recently moved here and used yelp app to find this supercuts. After calling a few places for appt time and price for a women's haircut I chose this location for price ($18) and their ability to get me in by 12p on a Saturday (2 hrs notice). I sat there and watched the stylist (Andrea who would cut my hair) thoroughly disinfect her work station prior to my sitting time and the rest of the salon appeared very clean as well. I hadn't been to a supercuts in over 25 years and was leery at first but Andrea was was very good and spent the time needed to get my straggly curly dry ends even and I will definitely return Thank you Andrea and supercuts I hope this review helps others read more

I have been planning a 15-year anniversary trip for myself and my husband and since our birthdays are so close together and right before the scheduled trip, I decided to get us both haircuts so that we can feel fresh when we're on our adventure and are able to look back at our pictures and be happy. I asked for an women's undercut with feminine details and designs when I scheduled the appointment over the phone the person who took my call was extremely confident that they would be able to do right by me and even scheduling me with the person that they felt would be best to give me what I was looking for. That person ended up being the manager apparently. I showed her two inspiration pictures and tried to tell her that I wanted dialogue back and forth to give me something that fit me. But instead she was busy answering the phone and moving through the motions rather than listening to me, talking to me and clarifying what I was trying to communicate. I really wanted the back of my head to have feminine details like how the hair comes to an end in the back of my head. I should have known something was wrong when she turned me away from the mirror and started cutting my hair higher and higher. I am sh Iy by nature and didn't react while I was in the chair because I didn't want to make a scene. It's been almost a week since I got this cut and every single day has been absolutely miserable. The manager has tried to gaslight me and tell me that it was a miscommunication to tell me that I'm being ridiculous in how I feel. All I want is to be validated and to have real accountability on the salon's part. I know there's not much that could be done now but it might make things easier if the professional acted like one and had some empathy for their customers. I am now having to buy a wig just so that I can function outside of my house. My husband and I have gotten into serious fights over this haircut. And now we get to celebrate our anniversary with all this hanging over us. She didn't even give me a full haircut as she barely trimmed what hair I have left and didn't even put a style in it. read more

I am horribly disappointed. I hate what was done to my hair. Seriously hate it. My hair is not hard to cut. If cut correctly it curls and looks adorable. My hair was not cut correctly and looks horrible. I told the stylist shoulder length with layers and frame the face. This is just awful, and I wish I had not tipped. I will never go back. Looking around the place was practically empty with the exception of one person getting a haircut. I did not have an appointment so I was told it would be an hour and fifteen minute wait. Just went in on a whim. I wanted to get a cut and a color. Sat in Julianne's chair. I'm very particular about the color of red I want I don't like any orange in it all. Well not only did she give me the best red I ever had(because they customize their color to your need.) she layered my hair perfectly. I took my grandson who is 18 months in for a haircut. It was the first time he got his haircut outside of being home. They were great! I wasn't sure what to expect cause I know babies are unpredictable they not only move a lot they may also cry. I love getting my haircut but I've been growing my hair out for a while. The last salon I went to was a really bad experience and I think that's why I put it off for a while. I went in and saw Hannah, who is pretty new but fantastic. She really listened to the length I wanted to keep and made sure throughout the way I was comfortable with what was happening. I also gave her a more challenging haircut with a shag/wolf cut and she did an amazing job. It was way better than I was expecting it to turn out and she was able to get me exactly what I was looking for! I also noticed the other ladies in the salon stepping in to help her with the more advanced cutting with no questions or negative notes added which was awesome. They really felt like a team and were super positive the whole time. I would definitely recommend this place and for the price I will definitely be back! I love April At Super Cuts! I have very thick wavy hair and she layers it like no other. I brought a friend in last week and she loved the way April cut and layered her hair as well. I went back in today after two weeks from the last cut and once again I love my hair. I know that it is hard to find a great stylist that not only listens but wants you to be happy but I believe that my prayers are finally answered I look forward to relaxing more now that I have a talented stylist that I can trust to take care of my styling needs. The other benefit to this salon is that all the staff are friendly professionals that keep the shop clean, are very helpful and they play great music. Well, I am in a small town in Colorado called Clifton on business, and today I went to Supercuts and I had a really terrible experience. I used my Supercuts phone app and found the Supercuts next to my hotel, and made an appointment with the store manager for a haircut. When I got there the place was packed. It's a Saturday, I understand. She said she was really busy. So, when I sat down to tell her what I wanted. Before I could finish telling her what I needed. She said "let me guess, you want your hair longer so it doesn't look like you're bald." I gave her a funny look. Then when I said no.... she interrupted again and said "oh, ok you want to keep your hair longer because you are a Casanova." At this point I am so stunned. I just told her to take off an inch. Well. she said not to worry she wasn't going to give me a buzz cut. Then she spent two minutes cutting my hair. Just two minutes! When I mentioned taking out some of the thickness on the sides, she said " well that's called texturing, do you want texturing too." Then she spent another two minutes with some other clippers. Then she took off the plastic wrap around my body. I said wait a minute the sides aren't even. She huffed and got a mirror. Then she said that if she evened it up my hair wouldn't be long in the back. I was shocked. The entire haircut lasted five minutes! No exaggeration! No tapering, no layering, no trimming up the sideburns! Nothing! Yeah it's a $15 haircut. but really. At her rate that amounts to $180 an hour! Thus, making this the most expensive haircut I have ever had, from the rudest barber I have ever had, with only the bare minimum done! Maybe she was having a bad day, but I will never go to there again, and neither should you. And, if she is the store manager I can only imagine what the other stylist are like. It is also the worst experience I have ever had at Supercuts. And, I have gotten my hair cut from them all over the country. read more
