The lady who cut my hair did an awesome job and made it nicely to fit how I currently style it.

Did not have a plenty experience at this location. Upon arrival the staff were not pleasant or friendly in our personal opinion. Website check-in time was no where near accurate & we never got an updated time. We ended up not staying to get our cut and politely left, I could go into more details about my 3 year old but I will save you the trouble. I only leave negative reviews when I feel as if it could save someone a trip of disappointment which isn't often. We will keep our business elsewhere. read more

usually go to the one on houston levee, tried this location due to the other location closing at 6 , first, employee's arnt very friendly, walked in and honestly it felt awkward. 2nd , girl who cut my hair didnt even try, she did to very fast and honestly i didnt like my cut, was very poorly done. wont be coming back to this location. another guy comes in and is instantly greeted. so i dont know what it was about me but they werent very welcoming nor greeted me, she just came to the desk and asked if im just getting a normal cut. rude. dont recommend. read more

If the bad reviews are legit things have improved here. I tried a few places after moving to town and am comfortable with first available hairdresser here. They are quick and neat with my haircuts. I have a ridge on one side of my skull that makes my hair look lopsided, but the usually catch that. If not, I explain and it is trimmed shorter in a few seconds. I use Supercuts coupons and give a bigger tip. It's a great place to try if you are looking for a fast, neat trim. read more

I took my seven year old granddaughter to this SuperCuts on Sunday afternoon. When we walked in I said that we needed a kids cut, which shows up as $14 on the price list. I asked how much it would be to have her hair washed and was told $2. I was expecting to pay $16, because that's what I was told. Her hair was washed and trimmed. The stylist, whose name I believe was Tara, blow dried her hair. This did not seem odd to me . She did not ask if I wanted it done and absolutely no mention was made of an additional charge. I went to check out- again expecting to pay $16- but was told that it would be $26. I said no, it was a kids cut ($14) and shampoo ($2). The cashier told me that it was an additional $10 because we had it blow dried. When I asked about this again, and specifically why no one had mentioned the additional charge, the stylist working directly behind the cashier interrupted abruptly and said in a loud and very condescending tone, "That's why all the prices are listed RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU!" While I understand that there is an $11 charge listed on the price board for a blow dry- I was not told that there would be a charge and had no idea that blow drying a child's hair was not part of a child cut. We asked for a kids cut and a shampoo. I used to take my daughter - and now all three of my grandchildren- to SuperCuts and NO ONE has ever charged us for blow drying. The fact that they charged $10 instead of the $11 that is listed on the price list even adds to the shadiness of this whole ordeal. I looked at the stylist who cut her hair and said, "You didn't mention that blow drying would cost $10 more". She shrugged and said "Sorry." I paid the $26 and I tipped the $4 that I had originally planned to tip. But I have remained furious over this "bait and switch" tactic and their lack of customer service. $30 to trim a little girl's hair? They have lost my business and I will go across the street to somewhere "Fantastic". read more

Quick, simple, and cheap. Great cuts. I highly recommend Margo!! I would come back again anytime to Super Cuts. The staff was great too.

I had my hair cut today and the young lady that did it wet my hair then cut it a little then dried it a little and said 'is there anything else you'd like me to do?' My hair was still wet and all I could do was just say No, I'm good and I paid 16 bucks for that. What a RIP off.my hair looks no different then when I walked in there. read more

I love Supercuts in Collierville. All the stylists are professional and friendly. I am very happy that they listen to what you want. I don't know of a better way to get that wonderful "new woman" feeling than a visit to this salon. Ask for Amy but I have never had a bad cut from anyone there... read more

I took my son to cut his hair today. The girl did a horrid job cutting his hair . Don't go there!!! His hair is all messed up uneven at the back . This girl had no idea what she was doing and done in 5 mins .being new in town and a new Yorker. This is a tough pill to swallow . read more

The staff was very nice to me. Greeted me as I walked in the door and my haircut was excellent. It was my first time in this particular Supercuts so I was nervous as I am with any salon. They held up to my expectations and the price was very inexpensive. I would recommend anyone here. read more
