This time I remembered to complete the required forms beforehand, which gave me more time to relax in the waiting area. I arrived about 10 minutes prior to my appointment. Cary came out right on time and escorted me to the back. Cary did an amazing job with my facial. She was thorough and any time she placed anything on my skin, she explained the benefits before moving forward. She was gentle and very nice to talk to. She provided me with recommendations on things I could do to make my skin even better. From there, I went on to my deep tissue massage with Katherine. Typically, I go for relaxation massages, but this time I decided to go with a deep tissue due to the soreness in my back. I gave her a heads-up on my trouble areas and then she went to work. She told me to just let her know if she hit a sensitive area or if she was using too much pressure. Oooooh, It hurt so good!! I had to breathe through the pain at times, but once I loosened up, I actually fell asleep. I was in a daze by the time she was done. Once I left the salon, I was so much looser and felt amazing. I'm glad I finally took the step to go for a deep tissue massage. At this point, there is no turning back!
