You get what you pay for. Anyone who is posting negative reviews clearly did not have this in mind before getting their service. I set up an appointment online, and although quick and helpful, it wasn't necessary. After arriving, you sign up on the waiting list at reception and wait your turn for your cut. I came in requesting a straightforward, minimal (abt 1 inch) overall trim. Per google reviews, I booked with Candi and glad I did. She started with spraying my hair, confirming what I wanted and asking a few questions throughout the service to ensure it was done correctly. She cut off a perfect amount of length, something I don't even count on in the fanciest of salons. The whole service was 10-15 minutes and no frills. As someone who hates the all day endeavor of going to the salon this was perfect for me. Additionally, the cost of a haircut at neighboring salons causes me to delay trims until I need a real cut or additional service and with a $22 price, I no longer have to do that. On a personal level, as someone with PCOS, growing my hair long is difficult and takes a long time. Having this quick and affordable option to keep my hair healthy between cuts is helpful. I will still be going to a fancier salon for more advanced services like dramatic cuts or color, but will add Supercuts to my routine for these quick fixes. read more

I have been going to the SUPERCUTS on Highway 190 in Covington for years and I go to Candi or Jennifer. I love the way they cut my hair! But I miss seeing Jessica who is the receptionist and she does a lot of work around there but I haven't seen her lately and she's very valuable too and does a lot to keep things moving there. read more

Suzette is amazing. Extremely chatty and professional with a lovely disposition. Furthermore she is a very well trained and excellent stylist who gives you the exact haircut you want. the Gause location in Slidell is absolutely terrible...they only have 1 person that works there who can do a decent job on a basic fade haircut. on top of that this is now the 4th time (4/30/23) that I called ahead of time to find out their hours and got there on time (showed them my phone of being on time) just for them lazy F**** to tell me they're not taking anymore clients...literally not a single person in there behind me. read more

Been here many times. Consistent level of quality. They are always friendly. I always go when they open. So I can't speak to how crowded they might be later in the day. There are usually only 2 or 3 people there when I am there. I am almost always first. Wait time varies depending on what the people before you are having done. Very easy to find. Wow, absolutely the worst and very rude!! Went to get a haircut, told the stylist exactly what I wanted, she proceeded to cut my hair in COMPLETE SILENCE (and not the way I had said). I don't know if she was in a bad mood, hung over, or just didn't like my tattoos!! I have NEVER had my haircut and had the stylist say not a single word the whole time though (except "What do you want?", they kinda have to say that eh), it was really awkward!! And it started to annoy me she was so rude!! Anyway, she cut my hair in complete silence, and then asked well, how did I like it. She didn't give me the haircut I asked for at all!!! I wanted it all just two different lengths but she blended it all together! I told her I wanted it cut only with clippers but she cut it with scissors anyway!! I told her not to cut the top at all but she trimmed it with scissors anyway!! When she asked how it looked (the first thing she had said since what I wanted) I told her very politely, that was not what I had wanted, and then would you believe she rolled her eyes at me????? Very rude stylists!!!! This is also the only place where a long time ago the stylist actually cut me with scissors and left me bleeding!!! All I had done was a blow dry and I had already washed it, it was plenty damp to dry. that's it! just dry it, nothing else! $21 to have my shoulder length hair dried. read more
