While Tom was cutting my hair he insulted my haircut and said how ugly it was. I was so confused as he is literally the person who cuts my hair and gives this haircut that he says is ugly. In addition, to just calling my how hair ugly he said he saw no reason why anyone would want that haircut. My other times were fine. I wasn't familiar with the area and ended up about 15 minutes late. After apologizing, I mentioned I wanted to get my hair done for my birthday the following day. Angie was gracious enough to still accommodate me. Even though she was literally on her way home! Angie was friendly as was everyone else there. She started me immediately, answered all my questions and explained everything she needed to. My hair is all natural and tends to be on the dry side.
