I went to get my haircut at the Supercuts on Eucalyptus last week. The lady there did a terrible job. I asked for layers and I got a chopped up mess. Today my daughter wanted to come and get a haircut so we decided to try the day Street location Shelby cut my daughters hair it looks fantastic. I told her about my issue with the eucalyptus store and she had her manager come out and look at my hair. I have been coming to this Supercuts for a few years now and I've always had great service and lovely results. I have very long hair so getting my hair cut at all is quite nerve-racking. I had decided recently that I would try the great clips that's closer to my home...BIG MISTAKE. The lady there butchered my hair completely! Luckily, when I came in to Supercuts tonight, Aja was working and did me the hugest favor by correcting the previous stylist's mess. I'm especially grateful and would recommend Aja's handiwork any day. Without even asking, she walks me through what she's doing with my hair and has also ALWAYS been eager and incredibly confident to show me the finished result. Last night, I tried to cut my very long hair by myself (huge mistake, but it was fun) and Aja did an incredible job fixing what I had done. She gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had. A more accurate rating for this place or the hair stylist who worked on my head would be zero stars messed up my hair. Gave me very choppy cuts , the left sides longer then the right , and even when i asked for a straight cut somehow walked out with some layers I wont be returning. read more

This place is the worst place to get a hair cut , they are super inexperienced and dont know how to work with coarse curly hair. They like to talk as if they know what they are doing but do not. A couple weeks ago my mom came over after a trip to the salon and was telling me about a girl who fixed her hair color after someone messed it up and it was perfect. I was shocked when she told me she got it done at Supercuts because it looked like she came from a high end salon the way it was styled. Well yesterday I brought my daughter here for a haircut and thankfully the same girl was there and got to cut it she was great with my daughter! Also very knowledgeable and seemed to love her job. We talked about how long the that Supercuts had been there and she said 2 years. I've lived in Moreno Valley forever and have never seen it. I took my son to get a trim and Ive never been so dissapointed in a hair cut. When they say these hair cutters over cut, they definitely do! I get so mad Everytime I see his hair now...going to take it to someone else who could maybe fix it. It's almost heartbreaking and to think I am the one that took him there....I feel horrible....don't take your kids here that's for sure. read more

The person who cut my hair was the slender male stylist with tattoos and ear gauges. I asked for layers without taking lenght away and got exactly that. Love how the style came out, and pricing was fair. Stylist was nice yet adjusted to the fact that i didnt want to talk much and did a quick, precise job. "Just make it look good". And he did! y'all don't go to Shelby. I went in for a haircut to go short, it was uneven and Terrible almost about to cry. HAD TO BRING JC to come FIX IT. Shelby just didn't know how to make it even and straight and it was uneven in length. I kept telling her that it's uneven so FINALLY she called HER COWORKER TO FIX IT. Horrible, I went for a cut and the girl ruined my hair I did not like any of what she did to me and it took so long for nothing I deserved that they did not charge anything and they always charged a part of what it cost, I do not recommend this place for girls instead men yes because my husband did his court well. read more

Do yourself a FAVOR by avoiding this place! Please invest a few dollars more and go to actual professionals that know what they're doing. I went there to get my hair done for an event, I asked the stylist to literally just curl my hair and do a side braid... well she spent 2 1/2 hrs "curling" my hair which looked nothing like the picture i showed her and my "curls" did not hold absolutely anything and i walked out with straight hair. She also did not know how to braid my hair and was going to ask for help... what? I couldn't wait to get the hell out of there.. and she still had the audacity to charge me after she WASTED MY TIME!!! I had high expectations from this place, but was highly disappointed. I recently switch here from another hair cut place. I was looking to find a place more affordable and with a shorter wait time. I found NONE here. I've visited three times now, and I am not going back again. This last time I went I used their internet page to "Check In", but was penalized for doing so. When I arrived I still had to wait 1:30 for a hair cut. I was charged an extra $2 dollars for asking if the same girl who cut my hair the last time could do it again. Are you kidding me!! I had to wait and pay extra for that! Ridiculous. The gentleman sitting next to me waiting also made the same comments. "Long lines and too expensive". I am NOT going back ever again. read more
