I like Supercuts! I go to the store in Rio Rancho every other month or so. I went to the one nearby our vacation condo in Myrtle Beach last week and it was a really pleasant experience. Although my hair stylist was all alone that morning (someone was supposed to have come at 10 but never showed up - I left around 11), she handled incoming customers & phone calls professionally and without seeming frazzled. Most importantly, I got the best haircut in a while, along with a very GQ beard trim. She really deserved the generous tip she got. My husband came on vacay with crazy long hair that needed to be cut! This Supercuts has pretty good reviews and was great for what we needed! There was no line. It was cheap ($15, $20 with tip). The guy who cut his hair didn't try to make idle chit chat. The haircut was as good as he ever gets with his generic dude hair. Great job Supercuts! read more

A fine salon, in my experience. I walked into this Supercuts recently, in need of a good, fast buzz -- and a buzz I received! After mere minutes on the waiting area's comfy couch, I was taken in by my stylist, who kindly listened to what I wanted done, then proceeded to do it, quickly and easily and wonderfully. Wham-bam, I had my new do, and was paid up and on my way in less than fifteen minutes. They say walk-in , however they take appointments so be aware that you may have to wait a long time for your cut. I have been coming here for years without a wait, but I arrived for a walk in cut, and the two stylists have "scheduled appointments " in front of me, some who haven't even arrived yet. Two stylists on duty at 5:00 pm . Very disappointed and looking for an alternative. I wish they would not advertise walkins if you are at risk of waiting over an hour to accommodate "appointments" read more

My wife had her hair cut and colored here. It turned out ok. But the coloring missed the grey roots. Which makes the job look unfinished.

I had my first supercuts experience earlier in the fall and I was very pleasantly surprised. My hair isn't particularly hard to cut, nor am I very picky but I always assumed supercuts was more for men and children. The wait time was pretty minimal despite just walking in and my stylist listened to what I wanted. I had never had my haircut without it being washed first but the no frills, cheap and easy haircut was just fine. It turned out great and the price was excellent. Being that we are out of "towners," this salon had been a hidden jem we discovered in beautiful Myrtle Beach. With no appointment, we walked right in, no problem at all. My daughter desperately needed a haircut and full highlight. They were able to get us in without an appointment. As soon as we walked in, we met wonderful Nicole. Once she put my daughter in her chair, she made us feel very welcomed. She did such a fantastic job on my daughter's highlights and haircut. She was very attentive to detail and gave my daughter exactly what she had been hoping for. In addition to Nicole, Kristen was a huge help during the process as well! She gave such insightful tips on how to take care of my daughter's hair from being easily tangled. My husband and I have used this salon since we moved here in the past year , i am so disgusted on my recent visit; I made an appointment the day before with Kelsey(3rd visit) ; I get there at my time she was finishing with a haircut but instead of taking me she took somebody that was waiting previously! Not even an acknowledgement, yes I checked in Honey I had the appointment now that takes me out of my schedule for the day and it's the rudest thing I have had happen! Never again... Finally, asked for a towel and for her to stop after she already tried to dismiss me completely covered in hair. When I realized she was only making it worse I simply had to ask her to stop. I'm truly in awe over this experience. I'm a 33 yr old male that could have claimed, prior to this, that it was impossible to mess up a hair cut with me. A simple cut and fade with a little off the top was way to complicated of a task. All that with a 15$ price tag. No thanks. I pride myself on always being a generous tipper but I had a hard time even paying for this one. read more

was in myrtle beach for winter, and after having two good haircuts here went to have my hair cut before i left. TOTAL DISASTER!!!! worst haircut I've had in my life! all uneven, can go from 1/2 inch long to 2 inches long in same area. absolutely no shape to it one side longer than the other, back of hair all different lengths and VERY noticeable. i was leaving the next day or i would have definitely went back ! i don't know what qualifications the person had, she told me she had been at that branch for two weeks. read more

Cutting your hair is always a scary thing, at least for me. To add cutting your hair while on vacation is even scarier. I wasn't sure I would end up with a good cut. However, I took a chance and I'm so glad I did! Kristen cut my hair and she was just awesome. She was attentive and honest with her suggestions about my color and style choices. There was another girl, Sam, who was very experienced with coloring. Kristen pulled from her knowledge to get me the best color option for my already damaged hair. I put my faith in both of them and I'm happy I did. I left Supercuts with a great color and cut for a fraction of my NYC prices; and I bought a deep conditioning product that was recommended for my hair. Overall the experience was excellent I was greeted with a smile from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left.
