She brought out color swatches and talked through some different options. There's a cute waiting area in a quiet space in the back while your color sets as well. Perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee. They have heated towels for your neck/head during your shampoo as well. Hayley was so sweet and answered any questions I had without ever being sales person-y or pushy (when should I get my color touched up? Should I do more or less product with my hair having such a fine texture? Etc. ) I'm so happy with how it turned out. Having come from Winston Salem where nearly every salon is being renovated with chandeliers, wine bars, mirrors everywhere, it is obvious that Le Nails is not in that league. But it is clean and comfortable. Based on my observation, they have clients who come frequently. My toes are now ready for flipflop season and I have no complaints. They offer a discount for cash (better than upcharging) and accept Apple Pay but not Venmo. Can definitely recommend and will go back again.

After less than a week this manicure was chipping and peeling, and they were weirdly shaped. I hated them and they were poorly done. I asked for short toenails for my pedicure and 2 days later I had to trim them myself at home. I would not recommend.
