He's so friendly and welcoming, which quickly turned into trust as a first-time customer! The deep conditioning treatment he did still has my hair feeling so soft (5 days later and several washes). He posts on his insta stories that he requires a $30 non-refundable deposit. I have no problem with this, except he required a $50 deposit from me. I thought oh, maybe he increased his deposit requirement, but I still kept seeing him post on instagram he required $30 deposit. So right away I felt a little singled out/discriminated. But I chose to let go and thought it was just me overthinking and ultimately I was really excited for my appointment. Two days before my appointment he sent me a message on instagram saying he was canceling my appointment because he had to go out of town. He asked for my Zelle info to send my deposit back and didn't offer to re-schedule me. I kept seeing him post photos over the next few days and came to the conclusion he probably just canceled me to take another client. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I will not rebook with him or at this salon. This is unprofessional and I will take my money to a different business.
