Why would the Owner put me with someone with such little experience and so unprofessional?This is NOT acceptable. RUN from this salon! If the Owner doesn't know her own stylist that speaks volumes to what happened to me yesterday. I'd really like to know what all the CRYING was about. I'm the offended party here and she's crying? Totally unacceptable!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I strongly disagree. You didn't even bother to call me to find out exactly what happened. Did she show you the photos of the botched color job? Did she bother to show you the photo that I sent to her in a text so she could consult with you? She also said to me that you were on vacation and absolutely no idea when you were going to return. So what were my options? Go around with a hideous hair color job? As a salon owner you should have called me instead of letting me twist in the wind with crappy hair color. First she said I could wait an hour till her next client was done. At first I said I don't have the time. Then she said that I could meet her at the TR location and she would do it there. So when I said let me call my husband to see if we could rearrange our scheduling for later THAT day. She said I don't know how to fix it and I need to talk to my boss before I can fix it. Also, I did schedule with someone else and you called me to say that she wasn't available and I could meet with one of two stylist. I chose Hannah because you said she was available and excellent and had been there for 3 years. Now to the being rude, I don't know what they told you but all I asked was "Why are you crying". If that is being rude, I don't comprehend. I was kind to her and did not make a scene which I would have been justified in doing. Still, she screws up my hair, then tells me her next client is waiting. I said "So exactly what are you telling me"? That's when the crying started. This behavior is totally unacceptable and you as a salon owner need to get the story straight before blaming a client instead of an incompetent hair dresser with emotional problems. You're just enabling it. You should be ashamed! I cannot believe that you would allow this type of treatment to your clients. Further more you allow this behavior by justifying a wrong and not finding out what REALLY happened.

The manager offered to fix it, but I explained that I was not comfortable getting my hair cut there again and would prefer to go elsewhere. They reluctantly agreed to refund my money, which I do appreciate, but I felt as though the manager could have been more polite about it. I was completely respectful during the entire interaction and did my best to be discreet about it when I returned for my refund, and she made it clear she was not happy about issuing the refund. I offered to show her a picture of the issue, and she just glanced at it and said, "ok." Overall, I appreciate the refund, and I won't ever return.

She helped advise me on what services I needed (I came in with flat, dull orange hair and are restored it to a shiny dimensional dark brunette by pulling down my natural color through it, toning away the orange, and giving me a glossing treatment). It was only 165 for a full complex dye, a gloss, and a trim. The location is a bit hard to find and looks like it might be sketchy but once you go inside it is very trendy and well kept.
