I arrived at 6:50 pm and the two lady's got attitude when we walked in. She asked if I had a online appointment i said no and she told me they close in 10 minutes and I can come back tomorrow. I went in with my twin sons (18months) right after they opened and they told me that it could be a 20-45 minutes because they had check in appts that took priority. They suggested I make an appointment, and I did. They said, "yea, let us make you an appointment, and when you come in, you won't have to wait". So I did. I came back at the appointment time, and they were busy, but told me that we would be up next. What they failed to say, is that even though we made an appointment, we would have to wait for the two people ahead of us. Why make an appointment if we still have to wait? Why tell us that we would not have to wait, yet, it is their policy to make you wait? We waited for 28 minutes, and my boys could not wait any longer, because they are 18 months! They are babies ! The entire time we were their the stylist took their time talking and yapping it up about how they love their tips and they have to work 14 hours days. There ain't nothing Super about SuperCuts. Yesssssss people!!! Kaitlyn is the girl to go to if you have a child 5 and younger! I couldn't believe how well my son behaved for her (he's four) Every place that I've taken my son, he has complained, cried, and threw stuff. He hatesssssss haircuts, but not with Kaitlyn!! Dropped my Wife & her sister off here to get a "cut & curl" before a wedding. Upon returning to retrieve them, they seemed distressed over being charged differently ($53 and $38). I encouraged them to call back to inquire (on-speaker). Their explanation was apprehensive, dismissive, and rude; saying the overcharge was accidental yet not offering to correct it nor offer recompense. A little accountability goes a long way in the service industry - not surprised by so many one-star reviews. C'mon SuperCuts. read more

Kaitlyn is AMAZING. I took my little sister in as a walk in just to ask if she could do a little shag haircut and kaitlyn right away knew exactly how she wanted it. She fit us in right away and cut it so beautiful and so fast. My little sister is sooooo happy with it. And not to mention, she is super talkative and made sure my sister was comfortable cause she could right away tell that she was nervous. She talked her thru everything that she was doing and made us super confident that we were gonna love it. And we did!! Thank you sooo much Kaitlyn, we will always come back because of you! read more

I only come here if everything else is closed and my sons needs a cut bad. The staff always have a bad additude and the wait is always ridiculous. They dont greet all there customers as they come in and make them feel welcomed. It's like your bugging them and making them stay longer. If your a walk in beware you'll be there forever read more

This place seems unable to accurately tell me when to come in so I don't have to wait. I called ahead and they told me I would only have at most one person ahead of me. I got there waited while they called two people ahead of me. Not the first time that has happened. read more

Told at 6:30 they can't get to me after waiting 10 minutes in the waitng room just to be told they won't cut my hair tonight - they close at 7. Too bad I can't tell patients in the ER, I'm sorry we can't help you tonight. Most other places, as long as you're in the door before they close you'll at least be helped. I work in Tulare so I've been going to this location, about every other haircut for several years. My first experiences were pretty good. Not much waiting, friendly, professional cutters, clean, price was right. All good. I think I'm done with them. The last few times it has been inconsistent and a bit unprofessional. The cuts vary depending on who you get. Sometimes a really good thorough cut, other times fast and furious and out the door. I have very easy hair to cut but it should take at least 10 minutes to do it right. Lately the cutters have been a bit vocal about their hours, or schedules or how they been treated by the manager... I'm sympathetic, but it's not very classy to gripe about their job while cutting my hair. Afterall, unemployment is over 15% in Tulare County. This last time I parked right in front of the door at about 9:03am, (they open at 9am) so I could get in early and avoid the wait and get back to work. I went to the door and it was locked. The lights were on and somebody was behind the counter, but she never moved, just looked up and went on doing whatever she was doing. I went back to my car, figuring she would come and unlock the door in a couple minutes. No big deal. 4 minutes later another car pulled up, customer got out, tried the still locked door and stood there and waited. No movement from inside. Sorry but I'm outta here. I can find better and be appreciated for my business. read more

I usually cut my own hair and since I wear hats practically everyday it has always been a trade off of time vs. $20. My schedule has been crazy and this place is open early so I did the online check-in, had time for 2 errands on that side of town and once I checked in I sat for about 3 minutes before Gurleen was ready to trim my hair. Simple to the point, I explained I usually use a 1 and a 2 on the clippers and keep the top just under an inch. Seriously after about 8 minutes she was done and didn't miss any details, no strays, had a hot towel to thoroughly clean the trimmings off my neck and forehead and styled my hair lightly with gel. 10 minutes flat! Less than 15 minutes from walking in, I was paying and heading out. Completely satisfied with Gurleen's efficiency and skill. Well done! See you in 6weeks! read more

My visit today was pretty horrible. Kaylee seemed to rush through my haircut. That wouldn't have bothered me if my hair came out looking fine. I have one top layer that sits maybe an inch or less above the second layer, which is the longest layer. The layers also look uneven. It literally looks like I cut my hair myself at home and just chopped at it. She also cut my hair dry, which I don't know if that's a big deal, but I've never received a haircut where they didn't wet my hair. After the second time she asked me if the length was okay and I said "yes," she immediately removed the cape. I hadn't realized we were done, since she hadn't even asked about my bangs and didn't remove any hair from my neck. When I got home I realized that she didn't even part my hair correctly. There was no clear line. It looked like I hadn't even combed my hair. That was also when I realized how bad my layers were. I've had one previous visit and got my hair cut by Gurleen. She did an amazing job and was super friendly. If I ever go back to this salon it would only be to get my hair cut by her since she was so great. After this experience, I don't even want to risk another disaster with another stylist. TL;DR: Gurleen is the only stylist I can trust at this salon. Kaylee rushed, did the bare minimum, and probably messed up my hair. read more

I'm super picky about how I get my haircut. I happen to be in this town and I just moved to Fresno a month ago. I figured I needed to get my haircut and try these guys out since there's only been one review. Anyways, first of all good job Heather(stylist) I told her how I wanted my haircut and she did it flawlessly and some. Whenever I get my hair cut somewhere else, it's always wrong and it's always the way the stylist wants it. However, Heather listened to me like everyone else but she actually did it right the first time. That is rare. Done right the first time. So even though I live in Fresno, I will drive out here just to get my hair done. Don't hesitate to come in this place. They are professional and they know how to cut hair. Amazing . This place is terrible! The wait is long, but only because one person is actually cutting hair while the other two employees hide in the back and pretend to fix things instead of trying to help the customers. They are unapologetic about the wait and pretend they don't see all the people waiting. read more

TERRRRRRIIIIBBBLLLEEEEE!!! My daughters beautiful hair is ruined! She HAD long beautiful hair and just wanted a 2 inch trim. The girl thinned her hair without asking and cut huge chunks out of the top of her hair so there are random 2" sections of her hair that are 6" shorter than the rest!!! My daughter is a 13 year old girl who is now crying in her room, dreading going to school tomorrow. I am absolutely disgusted by the job this girl did. I could have done a better job!!!! My heart is broken for my poor daughter! I don't know the girls name or I would put her on blast. Ridiculous!!! read more
