I suggest you travel further afield for the more hard to find items.. for these I use Boots in Leicester centre. However Im pretty sure you can order items online and pick them up in store. I have taken off one star because when I have ordered online, it states you need to update your points card with the A/C kiosk, something I can't do without having to travel quite far to the bigger stores.

There is also a vast range of vitamins, supplements, treatments for coughs and cold, and bandages/supports, to name but a few of the products on offer. It also has a very busy pharmacy that serves a lot of the local community. The staff are helpful and informative, but pre-ordering a prescription seems at some points to be a lottery, as to whether it will be ready or not, which kind of defeats the purpose.
