I had Josh, the owner of Pugh Handyman Services, come over to our house once to do a job. He…read morearrived 45 minutes late, and never bothered to call to let us know he was running behind. In fact, we didn't even think he was going to show up. And when he did arrive, he never even apologized, but instead just blamed his lateness on the "traffic." I should've kicked him to the curb then, but unfortunately decided to be "nice" and give him another chance. Well, that was a mistake. I had Josh come over another time to give us a quote on a fairly major job. He spent at least 30 minutes at our house and seemed to be interested in doing the work. He then said he'd be giving us a quote soon. Guess what? We never heard from him again! If Josh decided he couldn't handle the job or just didn't want to do it, he could've politely said so. But no, he chose to "ghost" us instead. Does it get any more unprofessional than that? Actually, looking back, I think he did us a big favor. And I'm sure glad I didn't give him any money. Josh Pugh is a rude, immature coward who doesn't have the guts to tell you what he's really thinking. Apparently he has no problem ducking out and just leaving you hanging. When I asked Alex at Bright Exteriors if he was up to surprising my husband with a lighting demo, he was all in. I worked out a date night with the hubby and while we were out, Alex set everything up. When we pulled up to the Bright Exteriors demo, my husband's surprise was genuine and delighted! Alex's demo is amazing, we had the ability to move and adjust all of the lighting elements, and light different areas of the house and yard, just to see what it would look like. Alex was incredibly enthusiastic to hear our ideas and try anything. Our happiness was his number one priority, and it was So. Much. Fun. Alex has a great eye for lighting design, and it wasn't long before we had the perfect layout. The installation was professional, we love the fixtures (Bright Exteriors has several options to choose from), and the end result makes such a difference in the look of our house.
