LIARS and THIEVES! Here's my experience with this company…read moreover the past 6 MONTHS: In May of 2024 my septic backed up causing my basement to flood. I chose this company because Michael (the owner) said he had 20+ years experience. Three men were sent to my house he next morning and claimed to fix the problem. I was charged $3300 for them to pump my septic tank and chemically treat the tank that one guy said wasn't necessary because the bacteria levels were great. The invoice I received claimed that in addition they had cleaned my drainage field. THE FIELD THEY COULD NOT FIND. A few weeks later, my basement flooded again. I called the company and was told someone would be out to take a look at it and one of the workers had been fired but not for overcharging me, just that "he was rushing through jobs" and "just didn't have it in his heart anymore". When they couldn't find our septic pump, me and my husband dug until WE found it. I called the company back and was told they'd send a "pump expert" out. The worker that showed up was the same guy who was there the first and second time. Claiming that he knew about pumps but that the "pump expert" was away. He did nothing for my septic that day. He did, however, take OUR shovels. Months of canceling and rescheduling had went by with their "pump expert". This guy came out and "replaced" the pump but failed to leave the old pump or provide paperwork on the new pump (I've requested it several times and have been met with silence). The "new pump" did not work and septic was still an issue so I called again. I was told that the "pump expert" and the owner (Michael) would come out to locate the distribution box and check the drainage field. Again, there was scheduling conflicts and weeks went by where I had to call to follow up until the "pump expert" finally came to my house... ALONE. A different worker showed up later and the day as they dug up my front yard HITTING MY WATER PIPE. Accidents happen, my husband ran out to help and once the WATER PIPE was fixed the NEXT DAY, the men left leaving my yard a muddy mess and the septic still not resolved. I called again a few days later and was told that the "pump expert" did not do anything because he saw wires and didn't want to damage them, and the company was requesting that the lines be marked. This time I spoke with Michael who promised he would send someone out with in 48 hrs of the lines being marked. The lines were marked 11/8/24 at 2 pm, and I notified the company not expecting them to come out until at least Tuesday because it was veterans day weekend. After not hearing from anyone Tuesday, I called Wednesday. I was told Michael was taking his child to school and would call back. At noon I called and was told he was in a meeting. I called again around 3pm and was told he was still in a meeting. I called again around 6pm to see why I was being avoided and was told that Michael doesn't have an answer for me but would be out on Wednesday 11/20/24 with "everyone". November 20th came and no one showed up so I called. I was told that no one would be out that day and was rescheduled for that next Tuesday. At this point, I've had it. I asked for a partial refund back and reimbursement for my $115 water bill where they hit the water line. I was put on a three way call with Michael and told that he's done so much for me and acted like I should be grateful for all the visits. I lost my temper, and he told me I could take him to court but he would win. Who would be grateful for LIARS and THIEVES? I made an appointment with a different company to diagnose my problem. The pump wasn't hooked up properly and because I can't afford it, my septic is still not fixed.
