Blames the customer if a rusted bolt is difficult to remove. "It's rusty." It's never their fault! Always excuses. Not my problem. If it takes 2 hours, so be it. We pay for labor. Just because it says they have "25 years in the business" doesn't necessarily mean they're any good. Suggest you stay away. He'll be out of business soon.
