The staff took this on as a personal problem. They knew how important this job was to us. The dress turned out great and the blessing day was perfect. I'm sorry this review is a year late but I've been trying to get a picture of the dress to include with this review but my daughter is a busy mother of two and hasn't found the time to get a picture for me. Sorry, take my word that it was a complicated job and that I would trust them with anything else that I need cleaned and or repaired.

I knew there was a problem when the young lady at the counter looked up my account then called someone else to help. The gentleman she talked too looked at the computer, then went to the back room. A couple minutes later he returned to inform me they hadn't even started cleaning it. I had them return my coat, uncleaned, because they can't, or probably won't do the work they promise. Do yourself a big favor, find a cleaner that actually cares about their customers and doesn't make up excuses why they won't do the job. I know I'll never give them my business again.

Hampton Cleaners WILLINGLY made arrangements with me and my clothing was able to be picked up an hour before I had to head to the airport. These folks went above and beyond - exceeding my expectations in helping me fix my mistake.

I came in to get some change and do a load of wash but when I tried the change machine - it was turned off! So I asked the "attendant" for quarters, which he gave me. However, when I attempted to exit the building to grab my laundry, he started yelling about how "those quarters I specifically for my laundry customers! Give them back!" Well if he hadn't been such a jerk, I would have been a laundry customer. I will never ever go there again.
