I have the Marine Corps Ball this Monday celebrating 250 years of the United States Marine Corps in Las Vegas. I brought my tuxedo by yesterday and was told they would have it ready after 5 pm today. I come back to pick it up after being promised that it would be ready today just to be told that it now won't be ready till after 5 pm on Monday. I leave Monday at 7am to drive to Nevada. They give me my tuxedo back and shirt and now it's not cleaned or pressed and is even more wrinkles then it was before I dropped it off. No other cleaners in the area can clean mine in time for the ball as a result. I came here because they have better prices than others. Now I get to be embarrassed when I go to the Marine Ball because I won't look as good as others. Happy Veterans Day to me. I will never come to this cleaners again. read more

BEWARE- dryers burn and ruin blankets even when set at the lowest setting. Today I lost two very expensive blankets and also had a less expensive blanket go completely missing. When I I asked the employees/owners if they had seen the missing blanket I was given a blank stare until the gentleman mumbled that nothing had been turned in. I then informed them about the burnt blankets and again a blank stare. No apology, no acknowledgment that they had even heard the words coming from my mouth. NOTHING. They don't deserve to be in business; they certainly won't be receiving mine any longer. They do not care about their clients or their clients belongings. read more

Laundromats typically cater to a lower socioeconomic market and clientele. Faye's is a nice facility and feels clean on the inside. The staff is friendly and helpful. Pricing is a little bit more expensive for a cleaners and laundromat than I prefer, but I also prefer a clean facility that doesn't feel like a bad part of town. I typically only use the laundromat for large bed comforters or extra large laundry loads. They have a range of Small and large commercial sized washers and dryers. read more

I took a new pair of pants in to be hemmed. The first time I got them back, they had folded the extra material over the outside of the pant leg and hemmed them 8 inches up the pant leg. The next time I got them back, they had folded them inside, but there was almost 4 inches of excess material sewn 4 inches up the pant leg. When I looked at the bottom of the pant leg, you could tell they were hemmed crooked as there was a shape. Definitely find someone else. read more

Good place to get dry cleaning. They do a great job at a fair price. Never had any issues and been coming here for over 25 years. Drive thru is in a garage so if weather is bad it doesn't affect the pickup. Have used the washers & dryers when ours has broken down. They are well maintained and very clean. They keep things clean and the staff is always helpful. Nice to have so close to to home. read more

I drive 40 minutes to pick up my dry cleaning because you do a good job but I came to pick up my dry cleaning today at 5:10 pm and the doors were locked when the door clearly states that you're open until 8pm. read more

I have used both the laundromat and dry-cleaning. Dry-cleaning always done on time and done well. Laundromat worked great. remember to bring a smaller car if you want to use drive through to pick up dry-cleaning as the route is a little tricky. Parking is usually fine, but occasionally it is hard to find parking close. read more

Going without a washer & dryer is a BIG pain. I have a large family so until my new washer and dryer come in I had to use a laundry mat for a few months. Last week I had a family wedding so I had scheduled everything to the minute to fit it all in. Got to Faye's right at 7:00 AM.no one was there waited 20 minutes I left. Came back at 8:00 no one was there. Came back after 9:00 finally someone was there! It is Frustrating as a customer to not honor the hours you say your going to be open! read more

I used the self-serve laundromat. The floor looked like someone mopped it with filthy water. The washers and dryers were clean but at least six of the dryers had out of order signs on them. If I needed a laundromat in the area, I would choose a different one. read more

I always used Faye's because it was local and they have a very convenient drive through. They are expensive. They are not very friendly. The owners smoke, which worries me when I want clean clothes. They have ruined every hook and eye on all my expensive skirts. But I wanted to support a local business. But after this morning where they refused to open their drive through "we can't open it this early". (Surprising since they have opened it at 7am for the past 10 years). I thought of going elsewhere. But I have earned points I wanted to claim. So I took 5 blouses and 4 skirts. I asked them to be careful of the hook and eyes on all my expensive skirts. And they finally all came back in perfect condition. Each skirt had a note on it telling the cleaner to be careful. So I might keep going and I've given them a higher rating read more

This place is great. Prices are better than my old cleaners and do an awesome job. Got a comforter washed here and they retuned it in a plastic zip up storage style bag instead of a thin clear bag resembling a trash bag like many other cleaners. I thought that was a nice touch incase it was to be stored for a few months. Will return for all future needs. read more

Fayes sucks!! They just recently purchased all the Hoffman's in the Ogden area and Hoffman's was my go to for all my dry cleaning needs!!! Since Fayes and their crew has bought them out, I've had several items lost, their systems are never working, they're always writing out invoices by hand (hence losing my things) my stuff is never ready on time and they are not trustworthy anymore!!! Will never EVER return!!! Picking up my last things soon and they will never see me again!! And where are all the familiar happy faces that I used to see all the time!! If you have a large king comforter to be cleaned, do NOT take it here. I did. Upon initial return of my comforter, I found a portion of it to be what seemed to be melted polyester inside. It was crispy feeling to the touch and sound and part of the outside cotton fabric was pinched together, as if glued. Coral (if that's correct, the layton boss) stated, "it must have been too large and that part of the comforter must have sat on the dryer too long". They "attempted", but failed to return it to original state after 4 times of "trying",. Also, this Vera Wang comforter is discontinued. So as Coral stated it "It's not our fault Kohl's no longer makes this one. We can't tell them to make it again"... sooo, I suppose it's my fault they damaged my comforter that is irreplaceable. Lastly, they left me with a dirtier comforter than before, one large brown spot and about 15, 1-2 inch black marks. Mind you, my comforter is 100% white. The black looked like oily dirty machine marks. I tried to call Coral twice about the dirty marks to see where we go from here. She never returned my phone call. I really didn't want to deal with this again, traveling back would make it about trip 6. Plus, I felt it would be a frustrating waste, so I decided to try to hand clean the spots. Some came out (clearly would have if they actually washed it the last time around as discussed) the black marks faded some, but will not fully come out. And some of the crispy interior still exists. So, no matter the end result, it was a loss for me, I leave with a damaged comforter, or no comforter at all and no way of replacing it. With no compensation whatsoever. Loss in money initially paying for cleaning, the damages and all the wasted gas and time and headache dealing with this, She offered no compensation... let alone call me back after I called twice and left messages. I've been patient and kind throughout this whole process, but at this point, I feel like this is unacceptable customer service. This is careless business practices and customer relations. read more
