He also claimed to have cleaned the bedroom carpet but there was dried gum from the previous tenant still in the carpet and he used "245 degree steam". I used resolve stain remover on a yellow spot and was able to get it up myself. Instead of coming out to do what he was originally supposed to do he offered my landlord a refund. I never leave bad reviews.. especially for small locally owned businesses but take my advice... save your time & money, call Stanley steamer. They do service somerset area and did an amazing job.
