After waiting 4 hours for an Agero-dispatched tow truck that never came, Purcell's Towing happened to pull in the parking lot and was willing to give us a tow to a local mechanic at a very reasonable price. They then dropped us off at a nearby hotel. I really can't say enough good things about these people and this company.

He is a AAA provider and never received a service call last night which I will formally take up with AAA. He was able to get my stripped lug nut off and my tire changed so I could drive to Toyota. His prices are extremely reasonable. As a woman, I appreciate him not trying to financially take advantage.
