Called All4One and received a taxi within half an hr. While I appreciate that, my parents reached out to me afterwards to notify me of what they were charged. The bill for a 40mile ride charged $250 to my parents as an emergency service, even so the charge for a regular pickup was $180. While the pickup was appreciated, the actual charge of getting a taxi from All4One was more expensive than their actual plane tickets to Vegas. Pricing is extremely steep and I'm frustrated my parents had to experience this.

Bruce's towing was called and could have easily taken advantage of the situation but did the exact opposite - they opened her car for her and didn't charge her a dime. He took the SUV back to his yard until the Insurance company could be reached. He also took me to where I needed to go. Once the Collison Center reopened after the holidays, he towed it over there. When he heard it scrape the concrete he said "I need to go back to the shop to get the ramp." He obviously knew he needed to use a ramp and was just completely careless. We went to the company and spoke with the owner and they did remove some black marks from the bumper, but there are still scratches on the bumper. He refused to pay for the damages to be repaired and told us that we will have to take him to court. I will not trust this company with any of my towing needs again.

Oh my gosh! Thank you!!…read more Let me start at the beginning: It's 4th of July, my favorite holiday. I've got my swimsuit, my beach bag, and I'm ready to roll. I was dreading driving back home, however, due to traffic, but (shrug). I turn the key in the car. Nothing happens. I turn it again, LOL, in disbelief. Ended up watching a series of incredible neighborhood shows in my beach chair in the front yard, LOL. Traffic worries unfounded; truly divine intervention. So I need to get the car to the mechanic the next day. Loved the reviews here on Yelp and loved Tim's website. I just had a good feeling about Tim's so I give a call, she texts me a link and says it's 30 minutes from the time I pay. HE ARRIVED IN 10 MINUTES. I wasn't even dressed yet, LOL! So I quickly get dressed while he loads up the car. It was fun climbing in to the truck and riding around so high up in the air. The driver is so nice, so engaging, easy and fun to talk to, and just very cool! And when we got to the mechanic, he took off his sunglasses and I realized he has BEAUTIFUL EYES. Thanks for the help, Tim's! Thank you soooooo much!
