Great service! Very trustworthy staff. They are very honest even if it means they aren't profiting!

I found this gem through the word of mouth. So glad I did. They are located in Fayetteville. And…read morethey usually come out between 25 to 59 miles of their location. But are willing to come out to come out further if needed. They specialize in crawl space space, but they also have experts in siding, windows, tile and land cleansing. Everything else was awful. 1. Bryan knew the entire time he was doing my job that I planned to submit an insurance claim to cover most of the costs. I can prove with texts and emails that he knew this. He never said a thing until the end of the job when he handed me my bill and then just casually goes, "I doubt insurance will pay for this kind of work. I've never seen them pay out for [these kinds of issues] before." And of course he was right. So I had to scrape and scramble and move money to cover the total and it wiped my whole emergency cushion fund. When I asked him to give me a couple days to get the money together without having to borrow any, he said no, not possible, even when I begged for just 24 hours more. I believe he intentionally misled me with his silence for the duration of the work he did on my home and then had no compassion or patience when I struggled to pay at the end of the job after he let me believe that insurance would cover most of it. I truly believe that he let me hire him knowing I thought insurance would cover most of it because he knew I couldn't hire him if I had to pay out of pocket, and then just planned to squeeze me for the total due at the end of the job, which is exactly what happened. And if all that shadiness wasn't bad enough, get this... 2. The work he and his team did was to wrap my downstairs AC ducts (in my living room ceiling) to stop them from sweating in the summer, and then they fixed the drywall that the sweating had damaged. Well guess what. It's hot out again and guess whose ceiling is sweating with drywall and paint leaking from her living room ceiling? MINE! So the work he did under false pretenses wasn't even good work, because my ceiling is doing the exact same thing now that it had been doing when I hired him in the first place. But there's more! 3. A worker of his named Will admitted to peeping on me while I showered one day when Bryan and Dillon had gone to another job. I have all of this in text. (Will has since been fired [for other reasons].) Dishonest pay practices. Shoddy work. Shady creepy employees. If I could go back in time and NOT hire Fisher's Home Pros, I would. Now I want my money back and Bryan is not responding to my texts. Literally leaving me on Read. Steer clear of Fisher's Home Pros!!!

Residential Contractor assistance in the current Raleigh building boom is suspect, at best so, honestly, I was still suspect. Tar Heel Basement scheduled me, but I'd called back needing next day inspection in attempt to fix a tile issue. No problem, they'd said.. so they sent someone from their other operation to support me. Me! Thank you Tar Heel Basement Systems, for focusing on the customer and building a capable brand. Tar Heel Basement Systems representative met me onsite and we reviewed the area. He not only looked at the area in that part of the house, but advised me on my crawlspace and the other floors in the house. I could not have been more impressed. In the end, the gentleman said, "Sir, you're in good shape here, you have a clean bill-of-health". Perfectly done - Thanks Tar Heel, for your professionalism and swift support. Had this been my own General Contractor, or one of the many subs... well, I have no doubt that I would have instead been quoted a large-sum. Thank you, Tar Heel Basement Systems. Professional. Realistic. Honest. Ethical.

We bought a fixer upper in 2018, he did all the required repairs for our new house. All the repairs were excellent and what we believe to be very reasonably priced. Then selling our house this month, we needed repairs to be made almost same day. Robert was amazing and helped us out so much. We have employed Robert to be our primary contractor since 2018. We have always trusted his word. There have been multiple times someone else had quoted or recommend repairs to us. Then we would ask Robert and 1) he would explain to us why we didn't need those repairs or 2) do it for a big discount from others over charged prices. He is the contractor who fixed our house up for us to flip, and saved us thousands of dollars along the way. My only regret about moving out of state is not having Robert to call and ask his advice, or use him to help us repair our new house. I would highly recommend Robert to all military families in the Fayetteville area. You will not be disappointed if you call Robert for an estimate, I promise you that!

Few days later after they received payment Albert sent the crew out to start work but kept canceling and changing the planed start date. Would only reach out super late at night as well after I had already coordinated with work to request off. When the "crew" finally came to start work, they were late and had to do another inspection brought no materials or equipment and stated they would call back when they had everything. Near the end of the day finally they show up and inform me no materials were acquired and work was not to start til the following day. So now we were supposed to start Tuesday it is being moved to Friday but lo and behold I get another message that night late again stating work cannot be started because one person couldn't show up. No follow up time/date anything. I reached back out and stated no work had been done and the deposit needed to be sent back. Albert and his crew had no response to that. Pretty shameful to do to a fellow veteran who is six months pregnant. I feel taken advantage of. These people are just scammers.
