The suite is in an office building with free parking and the staff was friendly. There are secure lockers for your belongings. Be sure to know the provisions of your individual exam. My exam allowed restroom and water breaks and I had no issue taking one between the first and second module; however, after a shift change, one of the employees at the front told me I wasn't allowed to get a drink of the water stored in my locker during a second restroom break, despite telling them what exam I was there for. Maybe he was new, and thankfully, someone else told him I was allowed to get my water from my locker to take a drink in the lobby. I realize this is outside the control of the employees but I find any organization that denies anyone access to the restroom or water is questionable. I was allowed to wear a sweater, thankfully, because it was cold in that room. I wore it into the facility and maybe that is why it was allowed. No personal belongings, including Chapstick (because there is writing on the label), are allowed in the room. I didn't think to ask if I could bring it in if I took off the wrapper. If I have to take another PearsonVue exam I would return to this facility.

These instructors and planes are TOP NOTCH. The Cessna 172's have traffic on the screen! This matters b/c you will not see a plane until it's a mile away. Seriously, it takes time to spot traffic, and I like knowing where planes around me are when I can't see them. Basically, you pay for what you get and aviation has an EIGHTY PERCENT wash-out rate. Therefore, getting your PPL will take longer and cost more than you think. But if you're serious about being the twenty percent that make it to the other side, this is the place.

Classes didn't follow the curriculum, and there were serious safety and professionalism issues including harassment concerns, a lockdown after a gun incident, and students using drugs during class. Management changed repeatedly and communication was terrible, especially about refunds. I withdrew after completing about a third of the program and still haven't received a fair refund. I would strongly advise anyone considering this school to look elsewhere. They will let you go on a leave of absence but then keep all your money. Total scammers

And if you don't go get it within 30 days it will be destroyed. Their system is very archaic and dysfunctional. They don't tell you that you have to take a picture, you're somehow just supposed to know this. Also, expect to spend at least $75-$100, which I think is very over priced. Just go somewhere else instead.
