No stars really! I was forced to put one star to submit this review…read more I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS AT ALL. Wrote a check for replacement of garage door April 17, 2013 and they have failed to come install new garage door to present date, four months later. Never responds to calls or texts, and when I get a reply there are numerous excuses for not showing or not installing or not making an appointment. April 17, 2013 David Jones & Craig A. Landry arrived at my residence and measured my garage door and gave me an estimate on replacing the garage door tracks, operator and the garage door itself. They did fix my current garage door spool as it had unwinded. They suggested that I replace the operator, but I wanted everything replaced for safety's sake. They quoted me $1,309.00 to replace everything, parts and labor. I wrote check #4345 in the amount of $1,309.00 and wrote it to cash as per David & Craig's request. I paid upfront as per request by them to secure the installation and equipment. They cashed my check the same afternoon and I have not seen them since. The first couple months I called and someone answered and made up excuses and made empty promises. Now when I call I get no answer so I also text to keep a history of events and I get replies back via text with excuses and more empty promises! The address on the receipt and listed here is a house and not a business. This business is not registered with the Secretary of State, nor with any other state. Crowley and Lafayette have nothing on file at the clerk of courts office either. They have not paid taxes for this business and these people are scam artists! I am out of pocket and continue to hunt these guys down for a refund. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and someone else has filed a complaint back in January of this year as well.

From the onset of doing business with Dustin, I found him to be disorganized, and bullyish. He and…read morehis crew came unprepared and the two-day job turned into a 6-day job. One of the days his crew did not show because they all had to go to immigration for hearings. His equipment was rented and no one knew how to assemble it at first. Dustin had to leave on a regular basis to buy more supplies instead of coming prepared. They spent more time in my garage and driveway than in my attic. Dustin brought pizza and other snack for his crew. They used my leaf blower instead of having their own. They left garbage and dead rats on my driveway. I had introduced Dustin to my neighbors in hopes they could get service before it was as bad as my home. ( neighbors on one side of me had rat problems and they drifted to my home) He bullied them into signing up and then they cancelled once he was gone. NOT COOL. I eventually contacted the owner and he stopped by to chat and offered me a nice rebate due to the troubles. Sadly the trouble never ended. Dustin became cold and rude and took forever to finally finish the job. I was assured they would return to check the space in a week and then in two weeks to make sure the pests were forever gone. This never happened. I would not recommend this company for pest control. I paid a small fortune to have all my insulation and duct work replaced. This is not what I signed up for. I feel taken advantage of and lied to. I also felt the unprofessionalism of this young man was horrible and downright sketchy. Also, I asked not to be bothered again, and to never send me a survey about their work. Alas, I continue to receive emails asking for this review, because at Eagle they don't listen, only prey on women in my opinion.

That night he sent us a detailed estimate showing the cost of the materials involved as well as his labor cost. He started the job when he said he would, finished in a timely manner. He does great carpentry work, He didn't leave a mess. He cleaned up every day he worked on our house. He is very professional in his work as well as his manners. I would definitely recommend Ed. To anyone I know that needs some work done.

Fast forward to 2025...my roof was damaged during a new A/C installation and when I called his cell in a panic, he picked up and not only remembered me, but quickly came out and took care of the repair with excellent results. His "service after the sale" has been very impressive, and I value that when choosing a contractor!
