This is an addendum to the review that Ty just put as much as he explained himself ....I did tell them to call me every two weeks to make payment being that automatic payment would not be offered and when he called me today and asked me why I didn't pay at time of service ( very non chalant manner).Ty did not know that his business did not offer an invoice and I was mailed one at a later date In time... so as I said before they are not accommodating to their customers and yes I did curse and hang up on you because you were not trying to hear what your customer was complaining about on the prior phone call I received from the lady that said with an attitude that she was going to put a LIEN on my house make sure you play that recording too!! I have no emails from yall again he does not know how the invoice was sent...I am signing out to be the bigger person... Ty you can go on and try to defend what really happen that you was not even present for! He Lied because I paid his $120.00 today...go check your invoice i paid right after I got off the phone with that rude lady...so your non chalant phone call was not needed!!!

He was able to provide me with an estimate over the phone and 2 hours later my garage door was back working. Clinton did a great job inspecting and evaluating my system and was able to replace the rollers that were about to go, tighten my chain, and lubricate the hinges and other moving parts. We have been recommending…read morethis guy for a few years and when our elderly neighbors were in need we told them to call Clinton, with Access Doors. He fixed their door and it worked great for a few weeks. Then things changed, what he had put in (new motor) has now broke. He told them he will make it good. Well 2 or 3 weeks gone by and he has not come back to fix it. They are up in years and it's very difficult for them to have to keep opening the door manually. He does not answer the phone and they might of heard back from him just once. He was paid $400. We are so disappointed and will NEVER recommend him again. We will send a complaint also to the BBB. Wish I could put minus stars!!!!
