Equipment rental: charged about $750 to rent a scissor lift they needed for the job Access disruption: scissor lift remained in my garage for nearly two days, preventing use of part of the garage Remotes: requested two remotes; one was mis‑programmed and they charged $52 each (comparable remotes available on Amazon for $20) Work quality: technicians were courteous and did a competent installation but seemed unfamiliar with this operator model Pricing concern: believe I was overcharged or billed at commercial rates because my door is 12' tall Outcome: will probably not use this company again. Amended: Technicians had to return to tighten the chain, install the backup battery which was not included in the installation (I paid for it) and loosen one spring as it was too tight and made the door lop-sided. Apparently the Technicians are from NOLA and not from Lafayette. This has no bearing, but awfully far to travel for a job. (100+ miles)
