After the first visit (for which they make you pay extra to "reset" the house) we had to call him - we were confused! They folded the corners of all the toilet paper rolls in every bathroom (very cute) but the floor had stains in places, dust wasn't wiped in places, one of the showers wasn't cleaned... etc. Obvious stuff was not even touched. They sent a second crew to "fix" the problems, and they also did a not-so-great job. All the obvious stuff was touched, but it wasn't amazing. The second week, we were again underwhelmed. Some of the same problems (floor wasn't properly cleaned, etc), plus I asked for one of the cabinets to be cleaned and it was , at best, wiped lightly with a paper towel. No more. We canceled the service and never looked back.

If you're standing in my apartment after I had to set aside time in my busy day for you to come there your quote better be exact. My experience with Belle Home Housekeeping in Orange however, was absolutely amazing! No home evaluation, pleasant employees and came in at $80 for the exact same cleaning. Check them out!
