I asked for one hind quarter to be cut into steaks and the other hind quarter- half jerky and half roasts. I recieved 3 lbs of sliced jerky meat, 4 roasts and maybe 10 packages of steaks. They cut the loins correctly but didn't remove the silver skin (sinew). I did ask for both front quarters to be ground into burger so I expected 6o lbs of burger, not 113lbs! On top of all that, almost 30 packages didn't seal right. It's a good thing I inspected it all before I left or I'd have had a bunch of freezer burnt meat! They did start vacuum sealing them without having to be asked.
