Produce section is wonderful with lots of very fresh large vegetables. They also have a lot of things that you won't find in any of the other supermarkets in town. Every time I have been in the store it is clean but it just seems to need refreshing. I would love to see this store remodeled because they really have a lot to offer but it's not as interesting to look around because it just seems like an older store. I don't tend to make as many impulse buys here as I do at the other supermarkets because of the layout of the store but I do appreciate what they have here.

However since Kings Market purchased them they have gone down hill. We bought two packages of organic butter and they were both old and moldy with 2025 expiration dates. We have had recent experiences buying avocados and other items that were spoiled. We are tired of it and we are going to start using Smart and Final and other stores instead. Do they really think deceiving customers and keeping spoiled food out is going to keep the store open?

I went shopping with my mom we were down the meat aisle when i saw a worker pushing a cart full of heavy boxes coming towards us and i tried stopping it with my hand because he was about to run into us he didn't stop and he hit my mom, my mom fell and dropped her items that she had in a basket. My mom could have been really hurt if those boxes fell on top of her. I asked for his name wich is ( juan ) ( wears glasses ) Managers in charge need to really talk to them about they're surrounding's while pushing those big things .. Alot of kids and shoppers they need to be careful. Or they can get into serious trouble.

We waited about 5 minutes and our number was called. They have seats in front of the counter where you can eat indoors if you choose to. Or you can do take out as well! Another worker who looks considerably younger was quite kind to me and helpful in finding products I was looking for. The employee attempted to charge me a $50 cleaning fee, claiming that "U-Haul reviewed pictures and decided to charge it." What made the situation frustrating was that I politely asked for a broom so I could clean the minor dust myself in literally one minute, but the employee refused. It honestly felt like the goal was simply to collect an extra $50 fee rather than resolve the issue reasonably. I understand charging customers for excessive dirt or damage, but this was nowhere near that level. The truck was otherwise clean and well maintained. Customers should be treated fairly and not pressured into unnecessary charges over something so minor. Very disappointing experience
