He was happy to listen to all of our questions and give answers straight away. He also prepared the quote on the spot which was great. We decided to get them to do the install which they did a week after the quote. Peter and the crew that did the install were brilliant. They were very experienced and friendly and listened to all requests and made adjustments to meet our needs as necessary. They were also very tidy and we are exceptionally pleased with the quality of installation that they did. They also worked really hard and did not leave until after 7pm when the job was done. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I tried to organise cooling repair on behalf of an elderly 86 year old family member who doesn't speak English. The man we originally spoke to was brilliant but he's no longer with the company. After weeks of back and forth to get the most accurate quote for repair and getting photos for them, and telling them it was for an elderly lady... The "repairman" arrived and simply tried to sell a $13,000+ system ON TOP of charge the "repair" fee then immediately started chasing up for $340 repair fee without doing a thing. The woman I have complained to and been chasing up is extremely condescending and not at all service oriented. Find a different company unless maybe you want to invest in a new system. And even then I'd go somewhere else rather than this overpriced, money hungry, non-service oriented bunch.

Hugh was on time, a great character, sorted out the problem and gave me some advice on maintaining the doors, and it was all fixed. We're very happy. The door opens and it closes, and we really enjoyed Hugh's company while he was doing the job. Highly recommended by me if you have any problems involving doors, windows, etc.

They arranged a quote quickly from the house plans that i provided to them and the description of our needs. The guy doing the quote was able to ask a few questions over the phone and then provide a quote. If we liked the quote then he said he would come out to check unit placements etc and finalise the quote. He was very knowledgeable and able to convey how he arrived at the sizing suggested. We were very happy with their service and about to get them to do the work when they told us that they only use Nano Electrical for the electrical work and had no other electrical contractors to use. As we had previously had a negative experience with Nano we had to disappointedly decline the quote. Hopefully western thermal with make arrangements with other electrical contractors in the future to avoid situations such as this.

Do not go with these people. We had gotten quotes of about…read more13k for buying the electronics and installing them and were told that we have to pick up the stuff we bought from another company. This includes a stove, dishwasher, ceiling fans x5, and 2 air cons. There were others but we got quotes for them all. I rang the guy... No answer. 2 weeks later he decides to call me at almost 7pm, like a telemarketer. Of course, we decided not to go with them as it had been 2 weeks since this person decided to give us a call back letting us know to do the damn job. Anyway, he called today, and when told we found another to do the job for us, he hung up. They overcharge.. The ceiling fans alone were going to cost us 1k to fit in... That's 200 bucks a fan! We have gotten them from a new company for $85 (each) installed... Do not go with these guys. They do not call when required. They do not answer the phone when required and when they eventually call over 2 weeks later and get told, sorry, we found someone else, they hang up on you! Heed the warning and go to someone else. Make sure you have plenty of quotes. This guy did a service really. We were willing to pay $200 per installation of fans and he never got in contact. Thanks Belly's, you saved us a HEAP of money with your attitude and lack of care for customers.
