Estimated time of completion = 2 weeks. I paid him the first installment and he started right away. He worked consistently for a few days. But then the absences began - he kept me apprised at first but then he just wouldn't show up for days. It has been more than 3 months and he's still not completed the basement. I've given him a $1000 advance for another project and he has not shown up for work since. He also has $500 worth of my stuff from Ikea that he picked up but never delivered. To be fair, he did mention that he had a personal task to attend to but that was in late June and I've not heard from him since. The most frustrating part is not responding to calls and messages (I have all logs). I've explained to him several times the urgency of finishing this work but he seems to have ignored it so far. Very unprofessional!!

We had conflicting issues on how to install the range hood vent in regards to what to with the cabinets to the crown molding. We recently asked him to come and fix our lights on front yard and driveway which has not worked properly for the past 20 years. Al took his time to figure out the problem and fixed our lights. We are very happy with his work. He is professional courteous and takes care. We used other people in the pst for the same issue and lost money.
