I'd already taken care of the issue though. As I stated in the original review, all my contacts with any employee of this business has always been a pleasant experience. This episode was probably just a "one-off." I sincerely believe they want to do right by their customers. Changing my rating. I've used the company twice before. The first time was when they first started in the business. They showed up on time, were extremely professional and the cost was reasonable. Fast forward a couple years later and I use them again. Showed up on time, the employees were again very professional but the cost was considerably higher, especially since I had less stuff to remove than the first time I used them. OK, I get it. Costs go up, that's the way of the world. Recently called them again and am given a two hour morning window of when they will show up. No show, no call. Give them another hour before I have to leave. Of course about five minutes after leaving the house I get a text saying they will be there in about 10 minutes. I call them and tell them not to bother. The nice lady I spoke with offers to reschedule me. Nah, I'll take care of it myself. Being expensive AND not on time doesn't work me. Probably won't use them again.

Jason and his team were phenomenal on my move last week. He and his staff were very professional,…read morepunctual and really worked hard. Jason's many years of experience really showed. They wrapped everything that could possibly be damaged and took extra pains with the boxes with my dishware and breakables. When I unpacked, there was NO DAMAGE to anything. This is the first time (in over 15 moves) that I can say that. Although my move was just across the state (and they generally do much bigger moves than mine), they fit me into their schedule on less than two weeks notice which saved me. They charged a very fair price for their services and the final amount and the estimate given were virtually identical. The move occurred in a howling snow storm and the destination required some gnarly driving conditions, but Jason and his team actually showed up a little early on pickup and delivery. If you are in central Oregon and want to support a local business that takes real pride in service, call Jason. He may take a little while to get back to you because he is on a job but you won't wait long and you will be in the very best of hands.

Our timeline changed (beyond our control) and Kaileb juggled his scheduled so our new exact dates would work out. Kaileb managed the required lead/asbestos testing/abatement so we didn't have to deal with it. The project went smoothly from start to finish, the lot was left completely empty and clear, and the final invoice was as expected. We will recommend Kaileb and Epic to everyone we can.

They were meticulous in preserving existing cabinets and vanity. They arrived on time and were thorough in their cleanup. Occasionally, the communication was slow i.e. getting bids and scheduling visits because of their busy schedule. Overall very pleased.
