Unfortunately, something happened to my daughter's knee along the way and based on Peg's concern, we went to the surgeon for a follow-up. He said things looked good and to continue just buliding up the muscles. Peg was not convinced so we got a second opinion. That surgeon took different xrays and discovered damage that needs to be repaired with a second surgery. While not the news we were hoping for, so thankful that Peg recognized there was a bigger problem because if not for her, my daughter could have gone on to do irreversible damage. Add in the fact that it's easy to get appointments, they are open early and late, it's very clean, and the office staff is really nice, and you'll see why I am giving this place five stars.

He found the cause of the noise, assured me that I do not have TMJ, and even looked at the retainer I wear for teeth grinding to make sure it was a good fit. I was very impressed by both the questions asked of me and the exam. My experience has been that the good medical practitioners all know each other. Our children's orthodontist had referred us to a prosthodontist who referred us to our dentist who referred us to Dr. Herman. Dr. Herman knew them all. I also found the office experience great. They have evening appointments one night a week, and the check in process was very smooth. The person who saw me before Dr. Herman took quite a bit of time to understand how I got to their office and what I was seeking.
