After bringing work to Chris and Bo for over the past year this review needs to be posted, they flat out DO NOT WANT YOUR WORK! Trust me save yourself the hassle and go to any other powdercoat shop. They left my jobs sitting for months at a time, the excuses were never ending. Only the co- owner Bo can shoot powdercoat the rest of the employees hang I guess. Chris is the excuse man who keeps telling you a different story EVERY SINGLE TIME! The inconsistencies in their work was the worst, I tried to work with them to get the quality up to the standards we need to sell our products. We invested time , money and even bought materials and plugs to help our jobs. They refused to put the time , effort or attention to detail in to their work. Jobs were consistently re-done abs in that process our products were dented and damaged. In the end Chris the co owner never made good to his word and tried to attack me in the end when I demanded my money back abs he tried giving me a BS check when I paid him In cash !!! This business is having major issues and they need to get their act together before they die like every other powdercoat shop that's gone down this road by screwing their customers for big money jobs! read more

He showed me some pieces they were currently working on and I was very impressed with what I saw. We talked about what I have and want to do. A week later I brought my beach cruiser project in for coating. All the pieces and parts were done way sooner than expected! I was really impressed with that and it all came out amazing! Great crew. Very helpful. Overall, I felt the Work Was very good quality. I had a couple of issues with the railing that was bent. They put a lot of effort into assisting with making it as perfect as possible prior to powder coating. Definitely went above and beyond what I would've expected. I finally found my long-term powdercoat shop! Chris and Beau are friendly guys. They were patient and helped me find the proper powder color without trying to sell me something in stock or something more expensive. I had them coat my Kawasaki dirtbike frame and it came out beautiful. Beau rides dirtbikes so he is definitely passionate and understanding about the quality of my project- which is the best I've seen. And I've tried a few different shops. Superior's prices are competitive too. It's a no-brainer for me. I highly recommend this shop and I've been spreading the word to anyone in the market for a great powder coating shop. I have worked in the welding industry for a long time, often times the welding / fabrication industry parallels with the powder coating industry to reach a final product (railing, door, car chassis, etc. ) so it takes a lot to trust a place to paint something you've put a lot of time and care into and hope the best for the final result to reflect your skill. I've worked for a few different places where we would seek out a powder coated based on different attributes they may have. Some high quality stuff is worth paying a more expensive coater. More production friendly a less expensive powder coat place. With Superior Powder Coat you do not have to sacrifice any one benefit for another, they honestly cover all the bases ( master of their craft, high quality, price point, turn around time)Recently I had the privilege of experiencing the industry from a completely consumers perspective. I did a railing for a friend and it turned out he needed it way quicker than I had thought. The place I normally used for powder coating was swamped with parts and not shooting white any time soon ( often places are not willing to switch color for a small project) so I called around. My back-up was closed so I thought I'd call others and see if I got lucky. As I went down the list price was very high and average of 6-7 places was at least 2 weeks. Thankfully I called Superior Powder Coating, they said drop it off and they will try and get it done by the end of the week ( in all honesty I expected a low quality job because they didn't have a full schedule) when I showed up I found this was not the case. They had plenty of stuff but bent over backwards to get mine done when I needed it, I got to see some of their stuff when I dropped off I was impressed to say the least. Super high quality stuff ! So long story short I dropped of Sunday, they didn't have the powder in stock I needed I was afraid this would be a set back, also not the case. I needed it by Friday and they called Wednesday morning done already! Every part of the experience was amazing. If you want in my opinion the best powder coating for the best price in a timely manner check these guys out, you will not be disappointed!
