His reply to me in email-so my son doesn't meet the qualification below because he is disabled? "Private swim lessons are available for children and adults who would like individual instruction to further their swimming ability and/or for those whose schedules do not fit our regularly scheduled lessons. All Private Lessons are taught by a Red Cross Certified Instructor." I donated my time to the Rec Center as a volunteer to help them fundraise for their wheelchair lift and hot tub repair. They have very nice basketball gym with a running track above it. They also have a great workout area with weights and cardio machines. My only issue was we went Saturday morning to ask when they were open and I was told that the pool was open until 8 pm. That it specifically closed a half hour before the building. We showed up at 6 pm and the person at the front said the pool was closed and picked up the little paper notification paper to show me. Cool but the earlier person should have said that and let me know. Instead I drove and got 4 little kids ready and then had to deal with dissapointed kids. The next day was super nice but no one really seemed to care what happened the day before. My suggestion to the owner is maybe work on the management process of the facility. It is super nice and you own a lot of other well run property in town. This should be the shining gem of Minong. I will be back and hope to have better communication on open times when I do.

The installers did an excellent job, finished in the timeframe they had promised, and even helped us arrange with a local electrician to incorporate under-mantle lights into the design. We are delighted with our new fireplace. One suggestion: it would be helpful as customers are picking out their stone, etc, to see examples of Copycat's beautiful work, in addition to the trade catalogs and sample boards. Those decisions are tough, and pictures would be helpful, besides being great advertising of their quality work.
