This is the WORST company I have ever had to deal with in my lifetime. Within two years of buying this location they more than tripled the rent on all units here. They raise the rate every few months without informing the tenants. When you dont pay the right amount they charge you late fees and lock you out of the facility. When you try to discuss this with them they lie and say you were notified of the price increase. When I asked them to tell me where they sent the notice to, they did not know what my address was but I still had to pay late charges before being allowed access to my belongings. read more

Overpriced! My items were covered in dust and dirt. Spider webs galore! Management will add insurance to your monthly bill claiming you did not give proof of insurance in a timely manner. Rates go up every year. My 10x10 and 10x15 unit cost me $410 a month. I provided my own insurance. Management raises prices and will let you know in 30-60 days about the price increase. Beware of internet prices to get your business. The units are not sealed and Superior Storage in Rural Hall is charging too much money. Do not bring a 26 foot Uhaul at this location. You will have difficulty making turns entering/exiting the row your unit is located. read more
