Beware that the insurance fees that you are paying are deceitful. You may not have the insurance, it may not cover the amount of the so called policy that you are paying for, and that fee may be a ploy for AAA to increase the rate of your monthly rental payment, and not actually applied to an insurance policy. People need to pay close attention to the changes in insurance policies and increases in fees. They will be investigated for these illegal practices.

It is tractor trailer accessible, so our interstate moving truck can pull in and load up our stuff.

Beware of these storage places…read more They all operate the same business model of offering low introductory prices to get you moved in, and then once you're pretty well stuck (they bank on the fact that people will not want to vacate a unit and move elsewhere), the rates start climbing preciptiously. None will offer you any long term price protection of any kind. In my case, on a 10 x 10 unit, the price rose by an average of 8.5% per month. You've been warned, so if you move forward, I'd suggest you budget based on a 100% / year increase! Let me add that I went there today to move some furniture out of my unit. There were NO carts whatsoever. I finally located one in use by another customer. He said that he had been told there was only one on the property, and despite repeated complaints, none have been added. This gives you a good indication of how PS cares about their customers! Interesting that they have this sign, but there probably won't be a cart available (unless you can find the one). So, be warned, you'll be carrying items to and from your unit!!!

This is the worst u-haul location I have ever been to. The website indicated the location opened…read moreat 7am. No one showed up until 730 to service customers. When they finally open the doors, there were 8-10 people waiting. There was only one person working the counter, so the check-in process moved ridiculously slow. After a long wait, I finally was assigned a truck, only to find that it was parked behind another and I could not exit. I spoke to a U-Haul worker, It took him over 15 minutes to move the other truck so I could exit. During that time I spoke to another client that was also waiting for a u-haul worker to move a truck so he could also leave. To add insult to injury, the cab of my assigned truck smelled like fish. When I returned the truck, after my move, the agent receiving the trucks said he was unable to check me in, and that he would do it later and I would get an email. While the work ethic and attitude of the workers was extremely poor, I blame the site manager for making bad hires, poor training, and not creating a client focused culture.

The tanks were filled quickly without any issue. The credit card machine that is built onto the propane station was not working, but a second employee was standing by with a mobile device that was able to run my credit card and send me an E text receipt without any delays. I was very satisfied with how quickly I was able to get in and out at this location and the staff were very polite and professional.
