Very disappointed in Superior Waste. This is not the first, second or third times that service wasn't picked up on time. Staff keeps saying someone will pick it up today and four days psssed, nobody showed up. It is a disgrace to look at. Neighbors and landlord are very unhappy and calling for updates a few times a day. It's very embarrassing to use this company. Nobody in the office really cared about your call. We have to bring trash in our car and take them home because there's no more place to put it. Used them for four locations, almost always the same issues. In process of canceling them all. read more
