All went well until it came time to pay and the amount owed was $75 more than the maximum quoted. None of the reasons given were legitimate. After a lengthy, unprofessional conversation with Tyler, he finally agreed to a refund of $75. However the distribution of the refund was not correct. There was a 2nd person who had junk removed. Based on the quote, he should have received $25 back and myself $50. He refused. I only received $25. After a week of not seeing my $25 return I contacted them. They sent me receipts of the original charge and the credit. They were not mine. Tyler claimed he didn't know how this happened as he submitted the credit to my original payment method. Obviously not the case. I would not recommend them, but if you choose to use them, confirm the quote and communication between the office and pickup crew. read more

Update: I recently used them again as I had a great experience with them in the last. Two kids came to my house and entered without masks. First clue this was not going to go well. I was wearing a mask and it didn't even dawn on them that, duh, maybe they should have one too. Then the owner of this business came to collect the check. He too wasn't wearing a mask. I told him through a window that both of his workers were not wearing masks. His response? A simple shoulder shrug. I was so annoyed that I called the local health department. Several days later they told me they reached out to the owner to "remind" him of safety protocols. Pretty sad to go from a great service to this. Take what you want from this review, but IMO customer safety and concern need to be a priority, as well as the safety of your employees.
