After a year and a half, several large chips emerged in between the slabs. I called them up to ask for it to be repaired under the warranty and got the cold shoulder for about four months. That is, 1.) I'd talk with them and was told that I'd get a call back or never did; or 2.) I'd leave a message and never get a call back. Evidently, they under-estimated me. I finally got a hold of the manager and mentioned the potentiality of litigation. Incredibly, he had his assistant contact me within minutes and the re-assessment was done the next day and the repairs were made in a few days. It's a shame that I had to go through so many hoops to get the repairs that I was initially promised. Otherwise, I may have given a better ratings. Still, somehow, I am content enough to give three stars.

For the labor portion of the job I was charged a full 3 hours - $300.00. My time telling skills say this should be only 2 and a quarter hours for which I should have only paid $225.00 for Labor. I questioned Danen about the time and he just said it was 3 hours. I won't call Demco again, nor recommend them for any plumbing needs as they are over charging seniors on fixed incomes and are in my opinion dishonest for doing so.
