One of my A/C units would stop working every year, when it started getting hot. My previous A/C company would come out and it would work for a few months, then happen again. I spent thousands of dollars for them to replace parts, that they claimed was the source of the leak. Luckily a neighbor referred me to Jose. He did a leak test, (which 2 other companies had done in the past), and found the leak right outside the house. NOT in the attic, where the other companies claimed to replace everything. Jose fixed the leak for a fraction of his original estimated cost. That was 2 years ago, and I haven't had a problem since on this unit. Alfredo was hired to install two 2.5 ton American Standard units, complete install of flex duct, redirect vents to circulate heat and air throughout the entire house plus installation of two wifi Nest thermostats. All work was performed without delay and reasonably priced. Alfredo was extremely professional and walked me and my wife through all the work he completed prior to receiving final payment. In fact, Alfredo explained to me in detail while we were on the roof how the two units were installed and he wanted us to see into the attic the installation of the new flex duct. He made sure we physically checked air/heat flowed out of every vent and he programmed the Nest thermostats. I felt Alfredo was extremely thorough and listened to our concerns regarding our project. Like my first review this man has cost us so much money in damages. And he has the audacity to say he is glad we found someone to fix his job that is a joke. It happened again because no one understands what he did. It's like hiring a hairdresser to clean your teeth he has no clue what he is doing. My home warranty company called this company out to correct a cooling issue. Even before arrival , the technician made clear that he couldn't repair my unit, he could only diagnose and send a request to my warranty company for authorization to come back another time to repair. I asked what was the issue and he wouldn't tell me, he disconnected my thermostat completely. I said I needed it fixed today and he told me he could bypass the company and repair it for $500 cash. I threw him out. If he knew enough to write the diagnosis, he knew what was wrong and wouldn't tell me. then he tries to steal from his own company. No thanks. read more

My AC went out on a Saturday night at 10:00pm, my Home Warranty Company contacted Alfredo at RNAIR and he contacted me the next morning on a SUNDAY. He said he could be there at 1:00 and he was. He said the condenser fan needed to be replaced and he had the parts in his service fan ( Imagine having the part and not needing to order and come back later). Less than 90 minutes the fan was replaced and the AC was back up and running. Since it was going to be 118 degrees that day we really appreciated the Sunday service call. Alfrado and Luis were awesome. Called for service last night and they were here first thing this morning. AC out when it's 120 is rough. Within minutes he found the problem and had it fixed. Spent another 30 mins. testing other components so that he (and us) felt good that it was only that issue and nothing more.
