This area was under a canoe so I didn't see it until much later. Needless to say, the line split and leaked horribly. There were 3 other leaks that I found and fixed. This doesn't count the leaks that were repaired as he put new lines maybe a half inch under ground and they were punctured with aeration shoes. I called him to make this right and was ghosted! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!!

I am very obviously handicapped and he knew I would need help with planting. I have since contacted him multiple times to hire him to help again and was repeatedly ignored and when he finally did answer, he just stopped talking to me mid conversation and then started ghosting me again. What kind of company or person does that? Especially after how much kindness we had shown him in the past. HUGE Disappointment. So much for keeping promises. November 4, 2024 - leaking zone and significant pump use.... (cross posted on Google)…read more Did some searching and looking at reviews (positive and negative) and looked on NextDoor as well Yelp and asked a few friends. My new to me home in April 2024 had a leaky zone 2 (8 heads) of 7 zone. Must be a solenoid/valve. Walked around like a tourist with a metal detector, but my Northern irrigation experience is no used to the drunken sailor hidden valve technique of throwing wires and pipes all over the place and valves all around the property??? Crazy?? I figured I would dig up (again) all 8 sprinkler heads I just replaced and hope the valve was close by. As it was on Zone 6 when I hit it by accident hidden below the dirt/sod?? Decided to call in the pros!!! Michael was awesome. They came when they said they would and we were in constant communication on the appointments and times. He of course found the valve and I was glad I did not try it myself as the dumb thing was over a FOOT away from one of the sprinkler heads and literally in the middle of the front yard by the walk?? Fair price for the job and materials and especially the expertise on the replacement with minimal damage to the lawn!!! A Home Run!!! The system was literally leaking thousands of gallons and the previous owner probably never knew it, and was replacing the well pump every year or so!!!! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Winter dry season - BRING IT!!! They were responsive to my questions and took care of the hook up of my back flow preventer to my existing irrigation system. The work was done efficiently by Jamel and Maxwell. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up. In fact, they did such a good job that I could not even tell that they had dug in my yard. I felt the price was fair given the scope of the work. I would highly recommend Sunrise Irrigation and will use them again if needed.

Some of the major issues: - NOT showing up for appointments, - Numerous NO call backs (for weeks) from Brian, - Not supporting the products and lawn grass that was installed (all grass died because it as not properly irrigated and planted in the wrong location in the heat of the Summer), Grass was not replaced, - Incorrect replacement of existing sprinkler heads - Sump pumps and drainage does not work as promised - No documentation or drawings of work performed - Cost was about $24,000 I will say the owner Brian was one of the best salesman I have run into.
