At the tasting, everything was prepared impeccably and on time. The food was hot, delicious, and catered to special dietary needs. We were so impressed with the quality and timeliness. We decided to enter into a contract for a substantial amount of money without any indication that the services and food we requested would be anything but on par. Much to our dismay, embarrassment and frustration, this was not the case. Travis was supposed to arrive to our venue one hour prior to the event. Approximately 10 minutes prior to that time, i received a text saying there was some unforeseen issues and our food would not arrive until an hour after the agreed upon time. 10 minutes after the hour delay and not hearing from him, I called. Mind you, we have no food, drink, nothing to give our guests. Who are all there and waiting. I called Travis to then learn, he was still in the process of PREPARING our meal and would need another 30-45 minutes to finish cooking. The venue is approximately 15 minutes travel time as well. I then instructed him to please, just bring whatever was ready as we were already waiting to just have something available for our wedding guests. Travis did not arrive until 2 hours after the agreed upon time. My guests had to help organize, set up, cut the prime rib loin, and serve the food because he did not even have the staff available he said would be there to help. The food was cold. Not just room temperature cold, but cold as if it had been sitting in a refrigerator. The prime rib was tough and unseasoned. The wings would have been great if they'd been labeled, with 4 different sauces it was hard to tell which was what flavor. All of the guests were confused as was I. The roasted veggies were so salty no one ate them. The lemonades and teas were all room temperature and served in plastic dispensers for a formal affair. I did not receive all of the food that was ordered including foods I specially ordered due to dietary restrictions. I have attempted to resolve these complaints with Kitchen Kreations and none of my concerns were addressed. An offer of a small reimbursement was made, but taxes and "fees" were supposedly taken out of the already very small suggestion for reimbursement. I have given Travis ample opportunity to correct this prior to this review and he's ignored all of my requests. I hate leaving reviews, I NEVER leave a bad review, but with his unwillingness to make this better, I am leaving a review and already communicated this to him prior to posting.
