Not leaving this based on brick and mortar stores, but online experience only. They consistently take FOREVER to ship yet they claim to have "Fast Shipping". You can NEVER reach them by phone so they recommend using their "help desk". I just received a non-response to my help desk question from January 27th and today is March 12th! They are suggesting I try to call at 9am (which I've done, to no avail). ZERO customer service, long, long wait for orders, I'll find someone else to order through, like Amazon or All Star Health. Worst customer service I've ever been accustomed to. Been a week and I still don't have a confirmation of delivery. They cash your payment immediately and make it impossible to reach anyone by telephone although they publish a contact number. When you try and reach them your placed in a continuous loop no matter what number you press. Had to contact them by email only to find out after a week order is still not shipped. With that being said if it ever ships it could be a month before I receive the order. Filed a complaint with BBB only to find out that this seems to be a regular practice. Ordered on April 6th. A week later I get an email that one of my items is out of stock and that I could pick another item because the one I ordered wouldn't be in stock for 2 weeks. I emailed them back that I would wait because I only want that item and if that wasn't possible, to refund my money. No response. Meanwhile, they ship out my other item (which I still don't have as of 4/22 and it was ordered April 6). I would rather pay a few dollars more and deal with a reliable company. I still had to go and buy the vitamins elsewhere so my son wouldn't be without them. Horrible company I will never do business with them again and I wish I would have read reviews before ordering from this place. I only gave them a two star rating because they used to have terrific service in the past. I underwent gastric bypass a few years ago and would only order top quality protein, and I found them to be the best. I eventually got to a point where I could get my protein in by eating regularly. I hadn't used them in over two years and health and wellness has become an extremely important part of my life. I ordered from them on April 28th and, like most reviewers, received an email a week and a half later saying my item was on backorder. It is now May 18th and I called again today to see the status on the backordered item. The lady, once I had gotten ahold of her after two calls and an hour phone wait, told me it would be another possible five to seven business days. The lady, like before was extremely nice, which is also why I gave them at least two stars, but I have no idea what has happened to their customer service. It has really gone to the dumps. I wish I had read the reviews before I had purchased my item because I wouldn't have used them and went off my past experience. Trust me, shell out the extra few bucks and use Bodybuilding.com. Been buying from here for years but the last two orders have been horrible experiences. I don't know if they are under new management or ownership but they are horrible. Phone system is ridiculous and forget about getting a response from their help desk. My order was on back order for over a month. I tried getting through to someone for weeks. I placed an order online on Aug 7 and they took the money from my credit card. Then I started getting emails that the product was on back order and would not be available for 1 to 2 weeks. First review i have ever written. Ordered back in 2011 twice and had 3-4 week waits. Figured it had been a while so i would give them another shot..... 14 days and my order was still processing. 3 emails and only an automated response. I have had no issues with the couple of times that I have been in the store. However, there seems to be a huge risk of a product being on back-order when purchasing from the website. It seems as if SupplementWarehouse lures you in with low prices and then traps you by not shipping your product several weeks later because they have failed simple maintenance of keeping things in stock. I have unfortunately made the mistake of ordering from the website 3 times now; each time buying something different and each time having it back-ordered. Maybe I have just been on the unlucky end of ordering. The shipping policy says 10 day, but in reality all they do is provide a 3rd party USPS shipper a tracking number days before the shipment is actually shipped. What a horrible site...This company is so incompetent that they couldn't fathom that an order I placed as a gift could go to a different location other than my billing address. They first called me the day after I placed an on-line order and clarified that it was going to a different address... I said yes...she said "oh I see what you did wrong. Don't worry, I fixed it." Where to begin. I placed an order for some super HD powder. After two weeks, they said it was on "backorder". However, it was readily available elsewhere online. I bought from them based off a recommendation, and what a joke. After weeks of ignoring my emails and calls, I get a large envelope from a lawyer, and inside was documents stating they had declared bankruptcy and were now in receivership. They also said, sorry, even though we already charged your card, we aren't going to ship your product AND won't be refunding your money. They said I had to fight with my bank. Now it's several months later, and I'm still fighting with my bank because the bank isn't real keen on refunding my money, even though it's actually fraud on the part of this company, because they have no recourse against the company. The owners of this business should be jailed on fraud charges. They took my money, and I'm sure many other peoples money to "float" themselves, and eventually closed. OK first things first! I have ordered a ton of things online from multiple companies and I'm not a picky person or complain about most things! I placed my order for two supplements on 2/4/16 and have waited over the 10 business day period that they say it may take upto to send things. After waiting that long my order finally says shipped but they created a second order number for the other supplement and now it says processing. So one of the two items I ordered says shipped and the other says processing, kept in mind I ordered them both under one order on the same day. This is horrendous service! Don't waste your time trying to call because the number prompts hardly ever work! If you manage to get to customer service you will be on hold for 20min plus waiting in a que and if to many people are calling, the system will not take your call. Trust me buy from another company! This company has gone completely downhill the past year. Their customer service is NON-EXISTENT, they do not answer their phone line, it says "due to unusual call volume..." and then HANGS UP (at ALL hours of their supposed service hours)! No response to "help" e-mail support...total joke. I ordered protein powder on February 14th, it's March 10th, and still have NOTHING, no ship date, no response to multiple e-mails and phone attempts. I will go anywhere else from now on. I was once a loyal customer but as of now that is not the case. I recently placed an order for which I was immediately charged. Ten days later the items had not shipped. My calls and emails were not returned until the third time I reached out. I was told an item was on long term back order and they could ship the remaining order or I pick another protein and they would ship that as well. I replied to the email, as the help center had requested, with the new product I wanted. The order was eventually shipped minus the protein I selected, and I received no refund. Basically I have paid over $115.00 for two pre-workouts which cost approximately $50.00. I have sent two more emails and I have made multiple calls and still I have no resolution. Order number 2905455 ordered on 3/3. Writing this review on 3/15 and the status of my order still shows "In Process". I created a "help desk" ticket on 3/11 Issue# 311201685812 inquiring on the status and no response (yes I checked my junk mail folder). I created another help desk ticket today on 3/15 Issue# 315201634406 and I don't expect to receive a response on that. What company has customers create their own help desk ticket; shouldn't their internal trouble tracking be done...you know...internally? I think it says a lot about a company when their patrons create their own trouble tickets. Anyway I called their support number 3 times and was hung up 3 times with no answer. I finally got through and the automated system prompted me (option 3) for order tracking and then was informed all of their analyst are busy and to call back again. Their prices can be really good but unfortunately their shipping is so bad it doesn't make up for the good pricing. I can place an order from bodybuilding.com on a Thursday morning and I receive it Friday afternoon the next day without paying for expedited shipping. Also suppz.com; dpsnutrition.com and a1supplements are all better sites for ordering supps. I think what supplement warehouse does should be considered criminal. If it weren't for the job loss of the associates I would have delighted in the chapter 11 of this company which will no doubt be forthcoming. read more

what a bad company to order from placed 6 orders with this company last 3 have been screwed up some how over charged never shipping the stuff or having to call back 3 days later and ask why has the order not been shipped .i place all the orders online because if you have to call them good luck on the phone will be sitting a long time and most of the time the people you talk don't have a clue what is going on .prices are not always the lowest and if they are lower they will get you on the shipping (SO WATCH OUT ) . the first 3 orders were shipped with a good company and got the orders with in 1 or 2 days living only 2 hours from supplement warehouse the others were shipped the cheapest way and when i called the women on the phone said yes we sometime ship the cheapest way even being charged the high prices they do for the faster shipping way. messed up if you ask me. .so they must get some kind of deal with the shipping company when they ship like that and it takes 6 days to get there or whenever it gets there . nice way to treat a good customer that has spent the money i have with them . so in closing (BUYER BEWARE ) shop around first before buying from this place you may save yourself a lot of time ,money and a headache. read more
