A washer I purchased from them went out after only 8 months. I went to get a new one but when they delivered it the outer casing was not even attached to the base. Even the delivery guys were surprised that it left the store in that condition. I refused it and they returned it to fix it. Three days later they deliver it with the casing now secured to the base but it didn't drain at all. Apparently their repair person does not check to make sure the appliances are working before being delivered. It seems they are severely lacking on any quality control but eager to sell. Avoid this store as they seem to have lost the ability to sell working appliances!

The first delivery We received two dryers. The dryer blew out the electrical outlet. They already had our old appliances in the truck. They took both dryers back. The next day they brought only a washer and installed it. 4 days later they finally brought a dryer back. The real problem is that sales and service never followed up with us in a timely basis. Everything was promised to be delivered on a Tuesday we didn't get full service until the following Monday.
