Above all else, customer service is truly unmatched. The owner (I believe he's the owner at least) ALWAYS answers the phone. A few different times, he's met me at the Peoria vending machine when I was having an issue. He's even gone back to their office after hours on a Friday to send out my order so I could get it on Saturday.. instead of having to wait til Monday. Like I said, I've been a customer for years and will continue to be. I will be a lifelong customer of Earthly Mist, simply because of how much they actually value their customers.. which we all know is rare these days! I'll never go elsewhere.

I went to Dank Bank as a first time customer, not only to their store, but to any Marijuana…read moredispensary. I had many questions to ask but when I asked my questions they made it appear I was just a nuisance. They were so caught up in looking for a missing pen that I felt neglected. I would have spent more money there but did not get my questions answered and no suggestions were offered to a first time customer...and I did tell them I was a first time customer to both their store and any Marijuana dispensary. They may be good with repeating customers but not with first time customers. I will not go back there.
