Above all else, customer service is truly unmatched. The owner (I believe he's the owner at least) ALWAYS answers the phone. A few different times, he's met me at the Peoria vending machine when I was having an issue. He's even gone back to their office after hours on a Friday to send out my order so I could get it on Saturday.. instead of having to wait til Monday. Like I said, I've been a customer for years and will continue to be. I will be a lifelong customer of Earthly Mist, simply because of how much they actually value their customers.. which we all know is rare these days! I'll never go elsewhere.

She walked away and let me browse on my own. She didn't stand there watching me, she didn't bombard me with questions, she didn't offer me suggestions, she simply gave me space and allowed me to look around. That meant more than anything to me. it felt so good to just look around by myself, and yeah when I had a question, she came over and answered it and then left me to continue browsing. At the end, I did end up making a purchase and she quickly handled the transaction, thanked me, and invited me back.
